I needed a last minute additional month added to my 12-month utilities plan, as my tenancy was extended as a result of the new Renter’s Rights. What I thought was going to be a complicated and boring hassle turned out to be far more convenient and simple; for this I have Lily at Fused to thank!

Perfect Customer service
Lucas B helped me out a ton with our bills package and getting us our cashback. 11/10 customer service and a lovely guy to speak to. Gave me a call about new tenants and in the same interaction helped us out a lot more than I was expecting. Definitely deserves a raise after all the help he's given us!!

Fast and Friendly
Fused bills was very good. We had no problems with them. The chat service on the website was quite fast. The person I talked to recently, Olivia, was friendly and helpful. A lot of the time with chatbots and similar services, you have to repeat information and it's really slow when you get connected to someone, but this wasn't the case when I dealt with fused.
