Very helpful customer service, had all answers to all queries, respectful and eloquent, made everything very easy. Called to make sure we had best deal, and did own research into property to help us even more. Would recommend

Above and beyond friendly and professional service
Samuel, where to begin. What a legend. Samuel rang me up to offer assistance in setting up my bills package for the coming year today, and took a lot of stress and work off my hands. Absolutely above and beyond professional service, super friendly in conversation, and hands down one of the best people I’ve dealt with in customer service, if not the best. He ensured I got the best possible offer on the services we were renewing (already been with Fused for a few years, I would recommend them to any student) and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Thanks so much for the assistance today Samuel, I did not expect to be reached out to and have everything literally sorted out for me, while being given complete clarity on what it was being provided to us. If I carry on, I’ll get too corny! But I have to say that he has restored my faith that there’s people out there who do care about doing their job properly and genuinely want to help people. Someone give this gentleman a bonus!!!

Positive experience all round
The lady that helped me - Chloe Brennan was so helpful and sympathetic in my situation. She was as helpful as she could be and gave me some great advice on the next steps I need to take in resolving my issue. The fact that all my bills are gathered in a single transaction gives me the peace of mind, I don't have to start bothering for different direct debit dates for different bills. This is why I am very happy with fused.

Great Experience
My flatmate and I were looking for a cheap bills package but had no idea where to start. After ringing Fused and speaking to Lawson we felt a lot better and like we knew what we were doing.
