Could not get cameras to work. I have 5g phone. did not know when I ordered cameras that they would not work with 5g. called customer service they understood and said no problem, could send all back for full refund.

Soon after ordering the products we realised it was not what we wanted but could not cancel the order. And followed your advice and on receipt, we opened one and it was not what we required,so have decided to return 2 for a full refund as advised by you.

I purchased these cameras however, it turns out that they are not needed.

I have received quick responses from the support team, I have asked for a refund because I haven't removed the cellophane wrapping because I have changed my mind & no longer need the items.

so far the being kept in touch as to the whereabouts of the cameras I ordered. I need them as had a robbery.

Upon sending a cancellation of an item×3 for a vague reason, l received a quick positive response.

Da die Minikamera nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt hat, wollte ich sie zurück schicken. Dieses war schnell und problemlos möglich. Auch die Erstattung des Geldes erfolgte sehr, sehr schnell. Bin angenehm überrascht

Ich bin mit dem Angebot des Unternehmens sehr zufrieden.
Einziger Nachteil für mich war, dass die Kommunikation nur in Englisch stattfand.
Die Summe, die wegen der Rückgabe des Produkts geleistet wurde, war sehr zufriedenstellend, so wie die ganze Abwicklung des Kontakts.

Once I was able to email the company re a refund, they have dealt with this quickly.

The camera we ordered and received has to be charged with a cord. We were of the understanding that it had a battery. Also, the camera is too small for the area we purchased it for. We are just not satisfied with the product received.

Can't get to connect each time I try it changes the code and the app is poor I'm afraid would like my money refunded

I ordered this item by mistake and the tea were excellent, very quick to respond and explain clearly the returns process.
