To be honest about product let customers know what to expect about how the equipment will preform and work while advertising it before we spend a few hundred and then tell us we can give 25% back refund if you like and don’t send the product back.

Their service was 1st class.
I had ordered an item that as soon as I received it I knew it was not what I wanted. Once they realised this everything went along smoothly and I received a full refund.
