not delivered on time no tracking available

Really disappointed with the after sales service. I have had only one roll of grass from my order delivered. My second roll is now missing and after 2 failed attempts I still have not received it. Unfortunately if you need help with a delivery the only option is to speak with an AI chat bot or send and email and wait for a response. I can’t even get a refund as I cannot speak to anyone. Unfortunately the Doncaster in store team cannot issue a refund and have not been able to help me locate my grass. Extremely unhappy.

If I could give a negative star review I would, only delivered half of our grass then lost the other half and don’t know where it is. You can’t talk to a person in customer services as it’s bots only. No one to talk to about a refund. No help whatsoever they have our money, we have no grass and no one to help us. Do not buy from this company

This is a very professional well run company, I am extremely happy with the service from start to finish, Should I need artificial grass in the future they will be the number I call.

Great service fast delivery on time driver was very helpful

Awful company do not use! I received 3 occasions of poor customer service. I paid for eco delivery which said 19th-26th may. I then got an email confirming 26th may so booked day off work for this. I then receive an email telling me it won’t come 26th when this was paid for back in April. Excuse after excuse. Poor service. Won’t use again. Claimed refund via credit card.

I ordered 3 grass samples for them to never arrive

Absolutely horrific experience with Grass Direct. Ordered a click and collect, picked up my order to find half of it was missing when I arrived home. Contacted the store who assured me delivery had been booked for the following Tuesday. Nothing arrived!! Then I couldn't get hold of anyone at the store, spoke to multiple people on the chat, was told someone who ring me back between 2-4pm multiple times across 4 days and NO ONE called, I was then told there was no head office contact number. Finally got hold of the store who said they've found it in the warehouse. I demanded free delivery as I wasn't paying £75 or spending more time coming to collect, this was refused. We ended up having to collect it, only to find out when we collected it that they'd sent different grass to the first part I'd already collected. Absolute shambles of a company.

I went into store and I ordered my Grass to be delivered on the 20th. I called on the 20th to find out where my Grass is and they told me that my Grass will no longer Ben lived on the 20th as it wasn’t economical on the route, even though I have a fitter booked for the 21st to install my Grass they have now said my Grass will be delivered on the 27th seven days after the original delivery date that I paid £50 for this company is a joke and they tell you exactly what you want to hear to make you purchase their overpriced Grass

We ordered our dream lawn from Grass Direct which we had saved for , they sent two different batch numbers of grass that in the sunlight are notably different in colour and quality. They refuse to call me back ( you cant call them no lines into customer service) I have sent numerous emails and after a week still not getting anywhere. Unfortunately we have had to start the legal process route today. There customer service is a disgrace.

The grass I originally ordered wasn’t in stock and was going to take longer to come so bronwyn emailed back and forth replaced the order with other turf and got it all sorted quick and professionally

Communication was excellent. I had to amend my order from collection to delivery and they responded promptly and kept me informed on when my item would arrive. Have ordered artificial grass from them twice now and the service was great both times.

From ordering to delivery we were kept informed of the progress. The delivery was on time and the driver was polite and careful.

It's so good the grass we are going to put it down on the weekend at this point it looks good just have to get it in the right site now

The guys we spoke to at the Churchbridge branch in Cannock,knew the products and advised fittings required, but also offered their help in picking the best for us to put down.
Delivery was on the date agreed, with a text to confirm approx time, again driver was real helpful.
