We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, though we must clarify that your order (#14957) was successfully delivered on 16th September, as confirmed by Evri’s tracking system and photographic proof of delivery. Tracking number H03TJA0183069510
Our customer service team communicated with you throughout this process and provided all available tracking details. You also opened a PayPal dispute, which was independently reviewed and decided in our favour after PayPal confirmed the item had been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We appreciate that delivery disputes can be frustrating, but once an item is confirmed as delivered by a tracked courier service, our ability to intervene further is limited. We take all claims seriously, but in this instance, the evidence shows that the parcel was received correctly.
We value transparency and fairness for all our customers, and while we regret that you chose to leave a negative review, the facts clearly show that your order was fulfilled as promised.

Misleading
Sent a replacement sort of similar product obtained via Amazon as their product was out of stock.
No communication to advise on this.
I could buy the replacement product direct from Amazon cheaper yet I paid Halos £12. Customer service in responding to complaint was poor.

We’re disappointed by this review, especially as we worked to provide a fair resolution.
When this order was placed, the exact gold Tree of Life earrings pictured on our website were temporarily out of stock. To avoid cancelling the order, we sourced the closest available alternative from one of our selling partners. We accept that we should have communicated this in advance and apologised directly for the oversight.
Once the customer raised her concern, we offered a prepaid return with a full refund, meaning she would not be left out of pocket. However, rather than return the item, the customer asked to keep it and be refunded in full because it was a slight variation from the original style. We could not agree to that, as it falls outside our returns policy and would not be fair.
We believe this expectation was opportunistic. A free return and full reimbursement were offered promptly, yet instead of accepting this resolution, the customer has chosen to leave a negative review.
We always aim to handle complaints fairly and transparently, but in this case we feel the review does not reflect the full context.
Beautiful Earrings … absolutely love them.
I absolutely love these silver hoop earrings. They are exactly as described and at a really affordable price. You can really trust this business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and most certainly will be using them again. They were beautifully packaged and arrived really really quickly. Thank you so much I was delighted with my experience with them in every way.

I recently purchased a lovely, well designed and made bracelet from Halo’s on eBay. The adjustable/removable link was a very good option for a perfect fit. Item was well packaged, it was despatched quickly and the communication regarding the entire eBay transaction was excellent.
