Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. They understand the needs and feelings of the bereaved and the importance of spending time helping families to plan a funeral that truly reflects the life of an individual. In order for us to maintain the highest level of quality care and to continue improving our services, we have created five commitments that we will follow rigorously and strive to live up to ... #1. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. This was the fourth time we used heart…
This was the fourth time we used heart of England funeral services. This was the same experience as others. Amy ,the funeral director was very professional and gave a my nephew final farewell the family wanted. Thank you Amy ,heart of England and all involved in my nephew farewell services. 5 stars 🌟 . Massive kudos and thanks to Jordan…
Massive kudos and thanks to Jordan Shilton (from the Rugby office) who arranged my dad's funeral in Rugby. He handled everything with empathy, discretion, compassion, and patience, without ever feeling rushed. He was extremely responsive across all forms of communication, often going the extra mile by anticipating questions and challenges. Thank you, Jordan, you made a challenging time much more palatable for us all.

The compassionate service from all of the team
Such compassion from all of the team from the moment I stepped through the door to the end of the service, I felt looked after which was so appreciated as it was such a hard time. Everyone was just so kind and extremely helpful, I felt guided and supported through the whole process. The funeral was faultless, ran smoothly and was a fitting tribute. Can’t thank the team enough.

A positive and personalised experience
Leah at HoE Funeral Care, Lower Holyhead Rd, Coventry helped to arrange a very personalised and unique funeral for my late brother. She took on board all our requests and went further by suggesting she and the pall bearers wear yellow ties (my brother's favourite colour) in his honour. At all stages of the process, I felt supported and listened to. Thank you, Leah and colleagues.

From the moment I stepped into the office on Ansty road I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion.And the way they looked after my son they treated my son as if he was only person they had to deal with.Staff was so considerate and compassionate.They went well above the care and duty that I have experienced at other funeral parlour.nothing was to much for them

I can not speak highly enough of the…
I can not speak highly enough of the care and compassion we were treated with , through out the entire process, both our loved one and ourselves were treated with dignity and respect.
It made dealing with the death of our loved one easier and gave us confidence they were treated with respect every step of the way.
Samantha was without doubt the most caring and compassionate person, who made such a difficult time, easier and is the most dedicated and considerate person you could wish to deal with at a harrowing time.
Kerri the celebrant was fantastic and again made a difficult time easier and less harrowing. Both fantastic.

On one of the most heartbreaking experience of loosing my dad the staff at the foleshill branch where amazing, very helpful , respectfull and had empathy toward you and your lost one, great team.

Jordan Shilton excellent funeral director
My son Steven and myself Jessica Bott spoke to a very nice young man Called Jordan Shilton at the Rugby Co- Op Funeral parlour after My beloved partner Michael Fredrick Wheeler passed away .
He was very kind and considerate he took care of me and my wishes and to a very high Standard. He arranged the funeral for me and everything he did was heartwarming.Everybody remarked what a well organised funeral it was.
