Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. They understand the needs and feelings of the bereaved and the importance of spending time helping families to plan a funeral that truly reflects the life of an individual. In order for us to maintain the highest level of quality care and to continue improving our services, we have created five commitments that we will follow rigorously and strive to live up to ... #1. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. We ensure that our people have access to regular and ongoing training and accredited professional qualifications and we only recruit people who can demonstrate the behaviours required in our business.

All the staff are very kind,very professional,they made what was a hard time for us more bearable to cope with,they also took care of my parents a few years ago now,but the care and compassion is excellent.

Kind, respectful and understanding also most all took their time with us never rushed us at any point in time explained everything including everyone that was involved and we really appreciated that they were so thoughtful in doing everything we ever asked of them for so thankyou.

Dealing with Jo and Joy in Hinckley was a real help to us!
Dealing with Jo and Joy in Hinckley took a lot of the stress and pain out of a particularly bad year for us.
We had to use Heart of England Coop twice last year and was really glad that they were there!

Highly recommended your service
Excellent service from beginning to end. Gave us plenty of time, nothing was to much trouble. We visited several times, each time compassion showed the whole process was filled with dignity and compassion which greatly help during a extremely difficult time for our family.

The team have been excellent
The team have been excellent, particularly Coral. You made it very stress free for me and I feel like my husband had a perfect send off for him. I was very much put at ease from the start and there was no feeling of being rushed about decisions. They were extremely professional on the day and they have kept me informed of everything with phone calls and emails to let me know important information. Just fantastic.

Turning a sad day into an uplifting goodbye
The staff were helpful and always ready to answer questions. They kept me updated about everything.

making passing away easier
I found the staff in the Brackley Office very helpful and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We have yet to scatter the ashes and they are helping us to sort this out.
