Easy to book online, with lots of options for accommodation/transfers/ski hire etc. The booking went very smoothly. The accommodation was a little disappointing on arrival, as I hadn't seen the option that said about booking accomodation with a balcony or no balcony. So the accommodation allocated was at the back of the building. It was dark and claustrophobic. But as it was not full they moved us to another apartment. So the photos which show what the accommodation is like are not realisitic. The swimming pool in the apartment block, was postage stamp size, dark and dingy! not like the images on the website. But the people at the desk were very accommodating. So because they upgraded us, I have given 4 stars. I would not have enjoyed it so much if I was in the dark box room that was allocated.

Nice company to deal with, extras priced well - great live chat with knows agents. Minor bugbear- found finding flights across multiple different days annoying and would have to start search from scratch. Yet to go on holiday so important part yet to be tested.

I was looking for a budget, last minute, self catering holiday in a snow sure area for the last week of the season. We got everything we needed with Heidi.com. Booked only 4 days before departure all details were provided clearly via the booking link, with easy to print off details for hotel, ski passes, hire and transfers.
Our apartment was basic, so wouldn’t suit everyone, for us it was ideal. We liken the experience to a winter Eurocamp (which we’ve booked and enjoyed many times), everything provided but you sort yourself out.
As someone with no need for holiday reps on site, the whole experience is the perfect way to book and I would use them again.
Some of the main pros. Dates were flexible, rather than set days, allowing us to do Sun to Sat. We could change flight times during booking if needed (at a price) to arrive and leave early. Transfers were prompt and friendly, apartments let us in 2 hours early (I did call en-route to ensure this) and instructions to find extras were pretty easy to follow, using our own initiative too to find locations.
Simply put everything flowed as stated in our booking, with only 4 days notice and we had a fantastic, budget (well for skiing, which is never the cheapest holiday option) week.

No bags booked with the flights. The transfer coach driver from Geneva to Tignes was very rude not just to me but also other passengers he wouldn’t give me the key for the coach toilet for my 9 year old. My 9 year old boy was so desperate he had to go to toilet in his water bottle. He was embarrassed having to do this on a coach full of passengers. This was the most unwelcoming experience.

It could not have been easier to put together a custom package of flights, transfers and accommodation. Plus, real human staff available online and via email to assist and offer advice.

The booking itself was very easy, the website is easy to use and straight forward to pay.
Customer service was good and quick.
Knowledge of the accommodation was less good and as it turned out I had to organise my own ski pass. There was no secure storage at the accommodation and so while I arrived relatively early around 11, I wasn’t able to check-in or leave baggage so effectively lost a days skiing.
When you’re only out for a short trip Thursday till Monday, 3/4 of a day on the slopes is a lot.

The accommodation Amaya was really good with excellent facilities and easy ski in ski out access. Great location but only draw back being distance to village with a rather random bus service that didn’t run after 7.

From start to finish Heidi were fantastic in helping to organise a last minute ski trip to Avoriaz.
Everything from making the booking, to communication about tickets, to the booking website were really easy yo navigate.

Being able to book everything in one place -made the booking really easy. The follow up emails showed all the elements, who they were with & any vouchers that needed printing. Everything ran very smoothly, & after having issues with a transfer on our last trip, I was really happy about.
