Hercules Gazebo® UK Avis 

I’ve now got two Hercules gazebos, they are just brilliant ,proper sturdy,and the chaos on the phone when ordering were great

Bought a pink gazebo from this company, I just turned up un expectedly and these guys had everything I needed. They were quick friendly really helpful and even gave me a 10% off offer which was a great bonus. It was a lot cheaper than expected aswell. The gazebo it self is fool proof to put up and was a great eye catcher for my flower stall.
It is also a great quality product.
I'd give this company 10 stars 🌟 if I could and would highly recommend and definitely travel from Sheffield to Manchester!! To use them again.

It’s great too know that some company’s keep spare parts like Hercules gazebo .
There was nothing really broken, just a clip so didn’t need a new gazebo but would have had to have brought
one if I could not get the clip

Customer service was brilliant very helpful when it came to queries and when there was a little issue with delivery which was put of there control they couldn't have helped any more. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in future

Exactly what we needed

I am happy with my product and recommend Hercules. I ordered for a January birthday and erected close to house due to poor weather.
The gazebo is good quality, strong packaging on delivery and love the fact it has a wheeled carry bag
I ordered the sand bags & purchased playsand locally (£3 in Smths toy store ) which was really helpful as high winds. I am glad I ordered the 4.5m as it was spacious. The weather has been poor but zipped walls & strong Velcro keeps it cosy inside. The outer curtain material is good & strong and water runs off. I am waiting a dry day to take down and looking forward to summer use where I can position at back of garden and fully enjoy it without worrying about poor weather.

This is the second gazebo we have bought from Hercules We had to sell our other one as it is that sturdy it was too heavy for my husband to carry We’ve bought a lighter one but it still commercial grade The staff are lovely really friendly and helpful Delivery was really quick

I bought a Chinese made gas heater which came with very poor instructions. When I sought advice from Hercules Gazebo I was sent an email link to a short video that demonstrated the procedure.

I am delighted with my new gazebo, it is fantastic quality, the fabric is thick and didn't leak at all despite the first use being at an event in pouring rain for 8 hours. The frame is very sturdy and the colour is so eye catching - it really makes my business stand out from the crowd!
The delivery was very fast

Needed a replacement roof, which was purchased and arrived promptly. Excellent!
This was to replace the original which, after 3 & 1/2 years of standing in the baking sun, lashing rain and howling winds finally gave up the ghost. Stirling service and I hope the replacement serves me just as well.

Speedy delivery service, bought two gazebos a year ago still look amazing and there used 5 days a week, parts and accessories very cheap and always available with excellent delivery service recommended superb quality 5star

Easy to use and a great piece of kit.
Ive had my 2x2m titan hex40 gazebo up constantly for 15months now, no problems, apart from slight bleaching of the colour which is perfectly normal when there left up 12months of the year.

No leaks and its with stood gale's in that time, i have bolted it down and use weighted legs, all i do is take the sides off if storms are coming.
I have just ordered 2 replacment roof coverings, just because there only £49.99 each, and there good to have on stand by.

the frame shows no rust, very good standard of powder caoting.
All plastic fittings are good and strong no cracks.

My only criticism is, they could do with having the 2x2m gazebo's instock more on there web site to buy.

To sum up, really great quality product, and a great price .
I would definatley buy another one.

I have had the Hercules Titan gazeebo since 2019 and it's held up so well where other people's have broken in bad weather. Recently two small parts broke (through wear and tear) and it has been very easy getting replacement bits for a very reasonable price. Great customer service. I highly recommend!
