Very good communications and product…
Very good communications and product from Hercules Gazebo. On behalf of my radio club I bought the Hercules S32 Steel 3m Square Gazebo in Burgundy complete with sandbags. The zip in sides are great compared to the velcro fastenings on other Gazebos. We had the misfortune to suffer wind damage though on our first weekend using the Gazebo, however a replacement leg was ordered and delivered at reasonable cost from Hercules. I would advise using stronger guy ropes and ground pegs / stakes for the unit. We uprated the guys to para cord we already had and purchased 8 extremely sturdy ground stakes from the usual auction site for £11. I would recommend this Gazebo. It was no fault of the unit that we suffered the damage to the leg due to an extraordinarily strong gust of wind!

Prompt spare part service
Our Lincoln 'Stuff to Borrow' facility needed a new leg for our gazebo after high winds caused some damage.
Hercules was very quick to respond to my request for a spare part, they shipped straight away and it was easy to fit.

Fantastic customer service
I sent a message on Facebook messenger, to which I got a real person reply.
They helped me identify the parts I were looking for were obsolete, and able to suggest replacements, and amend the order to suite my unique needs.
I placed the order and the items arrived very next day!
Can't do better than that!!

New Gazebo
We recently bought our gazebo from Hercules and when we put it up for the first time we found a hole in the roof panel, I got in touch with them and the promptly sent out a replacement roof. Really good company to do business with. Will definitely use them in the future.

We used this company a couple of years…
We used this company a couple of years ago to buy a hercules gazebo frame &roof & curtains very steady &don't fall down in heavy winds &the material lasts a very long time would recommend anyone to buy from this company. Plus we needed to buy just the roof material this time around so helpful as we didn't has the size of the roof went out of there way to help us find the size we needed with telephone &emails .

Hi Bob,
We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with your order, which we certainly would have helped resolved if contacted and made aware of the issue.
Just to clarify, after checking your order, we see that you purchased a spare part for a different gazebo model, that does not fit the particular model gazebo that you purchased from us previously. The item description does state which models the part is compatible with, which does not include your gazebo model sadly, due to slight design measurement differences.
Therefore we can confirm that we did send out the correct part purchased, it was just the incorrect part purchased unfortunately.
As for the zip being damaged, we are sorry to hear this and is not an issue that is usually experienced. We do not know if the damage was caused while attempting to get the incorrect part to fit or if it was a manufacturer fault without having been contacted to be able to determine the damage sadly.
Of course the incorrect item purchased could have been returned back to us, where we would have inspected the damage and issued a refund accordingly.
This company is excellent
This company is excellent. They carry spares for the products that they sell, even for our five year old gazebo. Their products are excellent. They gave personal email responses very quickly on a Sunday and shipped the goods by return.
