Seriously unimpressed with this company.

I was recommended it by another artist and sure enough the sturdiness of the structure is very good and the price is very reasonable. However, there are some unacceptable glaring quality issues with my 3x3 gazebo which I emailed the company about and never once had the basic courtesy of a reply. Not once!!

There are small holes in the roof fabric which I have had to patch myself. Holes are clearly unacceptable where rain and art are concerned.

Apart from the fact the roof portion is incredibly fiddly to get on, the guy rope hoops sewn into the fabric are woefully weak with basic stitching, so much so one of them simply fell off when I was running a guy rope to it.

Fabric pole attachments fell off too, and some only had a couple of threads holding them to the wall of the gazebo.

Additionally many of the Velcro attachments are sewn on the wrong way round so instead of a pair of "sticky" Velcro portions attaching as expected, I found I had the reverse side meeting each other which means of course they are useless, as only the Velcro side will secure itself.

This was bought 6 months ahead of the important art event so I had it in situ and never got round to assembling it until a week before the event itself whereupon I discovered all these irritating issues. Nonetheless the single most irksome and infuriating fact in all this remains that Hercules NEVER replied to my emails and this struck me as awful customer care.

I cannot recommend this company as a result. I am writing this review one week ahead of another art event and am going to have to remove all the faults myself and try and rectify them so everything works AS EXPECTED.

The quality of the fabric stitching is abysmal on a shocking scale I have never previously seen on a gazebo. This one from Hercules is a replacement for another one I bought (which the wind destroyed) and that one was not only cheaper but far better manufactured purchased July 2024.

Good points - frame is solid and very sturdy.
Bad points - terrible gazebo fabric quality

I am still very chuffed off that I never got a reply as this was a significant event and caused me a good deal of stress and I feel Hercules simply stuck two fingers up and couldn't care less, whilst happy to take your money.

I will NEVER buy from them again and have unrecommended them to other artists looking for strong gazebos.

Absolutely Amazing quality....withstamd strong wind, very easy to set up and pack down. A little heavy but expect it to be because of the well made steel structure.

Excellent quality gazebo, chose the titan option which is very sturdy. Also ordered the add on wrap which finishes off this 3x3 gazebo perfectly. The customer service was exceptional, Wil kept in touch with updates on the wrap etc

Great sturdy Gazebo. Only issue for us was that over the years the roof material faded badly from the sun and split in several places. However, easy to get a replacement cover - we've now gone for white so hopefully won't discolour over time.

Great service. Responded quickly to my email enquiry. Managed to identify a gazebo that I bought several years ago from a screenshot from the original order and supplied the correct bag for it. Very impressed that they hold stocks for older products and that they were so helpful in supplying it. Price was extremely reasonable as well.

Our experience with Hercules Gazebo's was excellent, and you can contact them by phone which is brilliant. The courier lost one box, Hercules sent the missing bits next day delivery. The missing box turned up and they arranged for it to be picked up. Service 10/10.
The quality of the gazebo is excellent, the hex frame is very strong.
These gazebo's are used for outdoor events and are as good as any we have seen and the price is the cheapest we could find.

Easy to order, grear product, excellent price, delivered on time.
