I’ve purchased products from this company in the past and have always been impressed by the quality—they’re excellent and built to last. i have purchased several gazebo products over the years [ i use as hot tub shelters] and two hercules 'heavy weight' gazebos in the last 5 yeras with a cuple of replacement tops. i have left system up over winter - perhaps not wise as snow and frost take tole on covers but they are very hardy and brilliant value

Bought some water weights for a gazebo. They arrived quickly and seem really good although we haven't used them yet. I have filled them with water and they don't leak. The description said they weigh 10kg each when filled but I didn't think they felt that heavy so I weighed a couple just out of curiosity & they were around 8.6 kg each when filled with water so they might weigh 10kg if filled with sand. They should still be heavy enough as I bought more than I thought I needed.

Really good service and quality gazebos, delivered quickly. Have bought two of the steel hex frame models which are robust and easy to setup.

I purchased 2 gazebos and sides 2 years ago from Hercules. The gazebos are well-made. This year I decided to change the colour of the top of one. I was very pleased with the delivery time. Overall a great company for gazebos and accesories.

Great customer service, can't fault the product. The best gazebo I've purchased, top quality and strong. You do need at least 2 people to erect it, followed the instructions and job's a good one. Will highly recommend for quality and price.

This is my third canopy replacement. I use the gazebo April through to Sept so they take a lot wear. usually last 3-4 years. Great product, highly recommended.
