Ordered shutters in June 2024 and were fitted in October 2024 however one of the shutters had less slats than the others (same size windows). Fitter made an appointment and time to come to re measure. After 30 mins I texted him to see where he was?. Another appointment was made for 20/11/24 to re measure and was assured it would be ordered the following week. Rang today to find out the shutter has not been ordered yet (the fitter completed the wrong paperwork). A complete shambles of a company with a cavalier attitude towards their customers. I would never purchase from them again.

Great service, guidance and build. Richard, our fitter worked hard to get everything just right and helped advise alternatives that turned out to be superb!

Hillary installed only 4 out of 5 shutters after waiting 7 months for it. They say the next shutter will be fitted in 4 months yet they made me sign numerous documents at the end of the job and one of them said the job was complete, which was emailed the next day. I chase them to ask for clarification and no answers to emails, calls.
I chased them to many times for the installation of the second order and no replies expect that they were waiting for me to be ready... Ready for what?

Disappointing! Two electric blinds for two skylights. Simple job. A different technician arrived two weeks too early to fit. He fit one incorrectly and the other does not close. They won’t return to fix after numerous emails. The technicians I’ve been in contact with are unprofessional. The company is a shambles. Please do not use this company. Avoid!

Friendly, helpful advice from an advisor who has good knowledge of the products and what will 'work' or not.,

We waited four months for our bespoke wooden blind. We we also prepared to pay an absolutely large amount of money for it - £5,000. It finally arrived this morning. Guess what@ It was badly painted and badly damaged. So after all these months we are back to the beginning. I believe that this company gives the impression of high quality products, for which you pay a high price when in fact you are simply paying a lot of money for poor quality products made in China for who knows what small amount. I would like to know what sort of company does this to its customers?

Steve arrived on time, took all measurements for the job required. He has since returned and fitted all blinds. Installation was spot on and Steve was very polite and professional. (Advisor Number 216387)

I had some lounge curtains fitted (two windows and one French door) and the quality of the curtains exceed my expectations. Yes they are expensive, but for me the quality shows. The fitter Michael Trez (PLANNER 119004) was very professional and tidy and I am very happy with his work.

We ordered over a thousand pounds of made to measure curtains for our home. The fitter came around to discuss our needs and measured up. We were told that the larger patio door curtains may need a join due to the size of the doors. After a month or so the curtains were fitted and when we closed them that evening we found that all sets of curtains, in fact every curtain in the room (4 windows) had unsightly joins in different places, even the narrowest of the 4 windows. We contacted Customer support and said that this was not acceptable and we would like something done. Apparently their manufacturers said the curtains had to have joins because of the size of the curtains and the material used. We made the point that ready made curtains of any material do not come with joins and in fact the width of all the windows in the room were not of an unusual size. We were told that we could have a different material but were not told if we would have to pay extra or not and they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be joins in those either! The curtain fitter was surprised too that there was joins in ridiculous places in the curtains. After contacting Customer service at Head Office we were rudely dismissed with an email saying that they were not prepared to do anything to make this right. The email suggested we had signed a contract with the understanding that all curtains would have a join in unsightly places when in fact this was categorically not discussed with Paul the fitter. As such we had to accept this poor quality standard of work. Interestingly on their website it says that they will do their best to exceed customer expectations. Well this is clearly not true. Their curtain making is very poor quality, They are very expensive for poor quality workmanship and their Customer service is dismissive, rude and totally unacceptable. Needless to say we will be taking this further. Do not use this company.

I recently had light & dark blinds fitted to my kitchen and I am more than happy with them, especially the workmanship of Tomasz Zajac and I have to say he is a excellent asset to your business very polite young man excellent customer service

PLANNER 119004 Michael was our Hillary's rep., a very professional, friendly and competent man. He made the process so easy and stress free and we would recommend him to everyone looking for blinds, curtains and track.

From the first visit the service and care given to my requirements was first rate. The adviser Ms White spent a lot of time going over the options for the blinds and the fitter Aurimas Musinskis could not have taken more trouble making sure everything would fit in, made some amendments which had not occurred to me which improved the installation and on fitting the blinds did a super job over a day. Very efficient and well done.

Had my blinds fitted by Tim advisor network 118768 this week his workmanship was excellent left everything clean and tidy. When he came for my sales appointment his knowledge of the products was vast I couldn’t believe how many choices that are available. All in all great service from start to finish.
