Excellent service from start to finish. Beautiful curtains fitted by the excellent Dale (Mr Thain - Scratby 114692) who was friendly, professional and conscientious.

Our bathroom blinds were fitted promptly with a very courteous and affable service.

March 2020 we ordered some plantation shutters for are large french doors-12' opening.
After unforeseen delays due to covid the shutters arrived. They had been incorrectly measured by the fitter and had to be reordered.
This in itself was not a problem but I did expect a call from Hillarys customer service to confirm the reorder and reassure my wife and I that all was underway.
After a week I contacted Hillarys on three separate occasions but nobody was willing to talk to me.
The customer after service we received was non- existent.
When the blinds were finally installed we had to call the fitter back because the bottom track moved by 2 inches.
In the end the finish is exactly what we wanted but we would never recommend or use Hilarys again based on their appalling customer service.

Today had my Nightfall Day and Night Blinds, they look fantastic. Makes the room feel totally different now instead of living in a goldfish bowl. Really pleased with service and fitting, thanks to Joshua Reeves

Just had four wooden Venetians fitted by Jerry. The blinds are exactly what I wanted, I’m very happy with the quality and they fit perfectly.
There were a couple of hitches when the main blind in the bay was being fitted. The problems were due to errors in the manufacturing process and were swiftly rectified. Within 20 minutes a new blind had been ordered and a second fitting date was arranged.
So, I’m awarding 5 stars for overall quality and customer service.

Our fitter was a wonderful agent named Vitalie. He offered very capable guidance regarding some tricky windows which I was unsure how to dress. His advice made the process so much clearer. We ordered both curtains and blinds, which were ready when Vitalie said they would be. The fitting is incredibly neat. The curtains are so perfect and glide effortlessly on the rail which he fitted. The quality is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! They are so pleasing to the eye!
