My solicitor was Jawad. He was great, always very fast to respond to my emails and was constantly chasing the buyers solicitor with my queries etc. whether it be by email or the WhatsApp we can use for more urgent things.

Fantastic price and just what you want being a seller. I’ve used more expensive ones before and they weren’t even as good.

It was our first experience of using an online solicitor for the purchase of a property. HS Legal Solicitors handled all the conveyancing in a speedy and professional manner. Good price and good service is good enough for us. The only niggle we had was that they didn't update the portal after each stage. Orher than that they were very good. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

This law practice which have a speciality of conveyancing are reasonably priced and really know their stuff. They are of course professionaly qualified but they also conduct themselves professionally. Everything from courtesy in communication to efficiency and logic in steps through the conveyancing process.

I have been very impressed with the service I received from HSlegal and Jawad Mahmood in particular. He was patient and informative throughout a lengthy apartment sale. I chose the firm because I needed a mostly online system of conveyancing as I lived away, but I was pleased with the individual approach and personal emails answering my queries and keeping me informed. All signings are via docusign which made things straightforward.

Was apprehensive at first to use an online solicitor, had previously used locally based known and established conveyancers, but this firm turned out to be the best I’ve ever used.
