The care, patience and obvious expertise of the assistant Rachel made our experience first class.

My Mam needed a new chair and Tim (HSL) was able to make recommendations that were honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We didn't feel pressured in any way and were very pleased with the outcome. The customer service was first class and Tim's manner was both friendly and professional.

The experience is soley based on the ordering process as we have yet to recieve the chair ordered. The staff at HSL (Milton Keynes) Valerie in particular were very friendly, considerate and informative. They explained everything well and in detail but did not push us and left us to consider our options. It was a good experience.

Great service & range of chairs, Emma & Lucy were very helpful.

Paul D and Jon were the delivery team that delivered a bed. They were friendly, polite and extremely professional.

Not as comfortable as I thought they were going to be considering the cost,and still waiting for arm cover which I paid for (£95)when purchasing nearly 3 weeks ago.

From walking into the Chester store, right through to delivery, the service received from HSL has been exemplary.
The furniture was bought for parents (in their 90’s) and the staff never rushed them or pressured them into any purchase.
The delivery team (Alex and Dean) were friendly, polite and very helpful, making sure that the sofa and chairs were fully assembled and put in the correct place.
We cannot fault HSL.

From entering the HSL store to the delivery team leaving my mother’s house our experience has been superb. My mother was treated kindly in store (including a cup of tea) given time to make choices and try different options of chair. A realistic delivery time was given which was met and she felt the delivery staff were polite, efficient and respectful of her home. She is very happy with her comfy chair too. Well done all at HSL

What a great experience buying HSL recliners from Hilary in the Milton Keynes store. She could not have been more helpful or Knowledgeable. Her non-pushy manner such a change in this ‘grabbing’ world. We felt part of your TV adverts so looking forward to watching them from the comfort of our new armchairs. Great experience in store. Staff very friendly and patient.

We were greeted with a friendly smile by Jon at the Orpington store who put us at ease straight away. With his knowledge and guidance, and after 2 hours including tea and coffee, we decided on chairs and fabric. There was no pressure to buy, but after relaxing in a reclining chair, our minds were made up and we looked no further. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery in a few weeks.

Called in to the Exeter branch during the week and was warmly greeted by Nathan, explained I would be coming back with my elderly father later on in the week.
This morning, we had a lovely buying experience with Kelly.
Nothing was too much trouble.
It was also great to know we were buying a British made chair.

Exceptional service from Zac who was friendly, professional and supportive. There was no rush, no pressure. I had no idea there was such a thing as a chair fitting and was equally surprised to learn of the involvement of an Occupational Therapist who evaluates and approves the chairs from a health and wellbeing perspective. Zac paid close attention to detail and with his help I made the right choice, I am delighted with my new chair and settee. And thank you for the tea and biscuits!
Shane and Chris delivered the furniture. They took care and time with the positioning of it, as well as demonstrating how it worked, answering any questions I had, in the same unrushed, professional and friendly manner we experienced in the showroom.
I would highly recommend HSL to anyone who is looking for great comfort and style.
