In store advice and attention to our needs exceeded our expectations.
Solihull store was easy to access and park. Rachel took us through the whole process with extensive knowledge and professionalism.
Delivery set at 6-8 weeks so we should be set for a comfortable Christmas!

20 Sept/ 24 Sept Purchase of Burrows Relax Riser Recliner
We were helped by 2 Comfort Specialists at the Guiseley branch.
Jodie helped us first (I believe she's a trainee but you would never have known). She was very professional and talked us through everything and checked the chair was the right one for me.
Unfortunately we had to leave before finishing the transaction so we went back a few days later and John helped us through everything to finish the sale (Jodie's day off). Again John was brilliant and everything was explained in detail including the deals they had on offer.
I'm looking forward to delivery of my relax riser recliner.

Shame about scheduling of delivery
Very impressed with helpful, friendly people when purchasing.

Not so impressed with scheduling of delivery. We couldn't accept first date offered as on holiday and so they promised to ring about delivery the following week on the Monday. They didn't call so I called them ,they said no deliveries for that week, said they would call back on Thursday or Friday, again I had to call them. Said no delivery scheduled for following week. I complained it wasn't good enough as we'd been sitting on camping chairs for almost two weeks. Lady said she would get back to me later that day, which she did and delivery was scheduled for following Thursday. Such a shame and very frustrating the scheduling team were not as efficient as the rest of the team.

3 seater and 2 seater delivered…
3 seater and 2 seater delivered promptly and caringly positioned But assembled in totally unprofessional manner
Intermediate legs totally ignored leaving them off the ground causing sagging to product
No effort in smoothing Velcro covers leaving ripples in several loose covers
The guys were very pleasant and assisted with removal of old furniture into position for collection But QC at factory and final product leaving much to be desired
We now have to wait for a 3rd party outfit to contact us to make an appointment
Leaving us unable to use 2 seater as I was able to sort 3 seater
There was no full demonstration
Corner metal leg on 3 seater was loose
For such expensive furniture not what we paid for!

Nathan was very friendly and welcoming
Nathan was very friendly and welcoming, listened to what I needed and started showing me different chairs. I wanted to be a Grand but I am just a standard 😕 🙃. Lyndsey made us a lovely cup of tea, while Nathan took us through everything, he left us alone so we could discuss what we were going to do. We have opted for the 12 months payment, this process was quick and easy.

Very good service.
Very polite and friendly young man attended to my wife and I. He was extremely knowledgeable about the beds we wanted to purchase. He explained to us as we are both disabled, that we would be able to to buy the new adjustable beds VAT Free,
Both my wife and I left the store having spent quite a lot of money, very satisfied with the whole visit.
