At ipswich store, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, particularly Lucy. I am disabled in a wheelchair and she helped my daughter put me in 4 different chairs to ensure we chose the right one for my needs. I have had the chair one week and am very pleased with it.

Really comfortable products. Showroom staff in your Orpington office were really friendly and knowledgable about the products. We were given plenty of time to make a decision and no-one pressured us in any way. the visit to your showroom was a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Went to the Farnborough branch to purchase rise and recline chairs for my elderly parents.
Went to the Farnborough branch to purchase rise and recline chairs for my elderly parents. A small but well stocked showroom. The sales staff (Karen in particular) were very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed my parents to relax, try out all the options and make their choices without any pressure or time constraints.

It was a pleasure to visit HSL Chairs Plymouth and meet Cheryl who took the best care that I could have asked for in assisting my 90 year old mother in selecting a new chair. Cheryl was not only patient with my mother but caring as well. She listened to my mother’s needs and helped select the best chair for her. Excellent service,I was able to try all the chairs that I was interested in purchasing.We spent about two hours there.The salesman Philip was very helpful and explained all the workings of the chairs and the size I needed to be comfortable.Very well presented experience.I have ordered a recliner riser and I can't wait to be more comfortable.So far so good and looking forward.I will definitely recommend HSL for the experience and no pressure to buy.Thank you.

Delivery team Paul and Numan were great…
Delivery team Paul and Numan were great but have to wait yet again for a “technician” (from another firm) to come (some time!) and fix the 2 elevator kits to these over priced and not as comfortable as expected Stressless chairs -
plus the leather polish kit is coming by post !!! What a really terrible experience for us two “oldies” 96 and 88!!

A very comfortable experience
Met at the door and directed to the correct area and left to browse until we were ready. Tried several different designs of chair, different fabrics and different motors.
Suzanne told us of the 7 points required for correct size and confort and support. She also told us about all the types of motors and what they did, guided us to seating we had disregarded until finally we found what we needed. Then there was 3 books of fabrics, told of special offers and given a cuppa with biscuits.
She spent some time finding us the best price and never tried to force our hand. After spending all this time with us , we could have still walked away and also have a 48 hour cooling off period once signed up.
All in all a fantastic, and very comfortable experience.
