HSL Chairs Avis 

Ordered my new chair in July arrived today at the exact time the delivery team said Craig and Lee delivered my chair explained everything and sat in my new chair within 10 mins of delivery can't praise this company enough

The young lady Bhithi was outstanding,she was totally professional,totally helpful in every way.The whole sale was a pleasure.This is the Warrington store.

Amazing staff who listened to exactly what I needed and found the right product. I was then able to customise it to my tastes. I am looking forward to receiving it when it is made.

We ordered and paid for a chair on an express offer. The chair would arrive in 3 Days. It didn't. I rang on Day 3 and was told the order had been cancelled. Turned out they were out of stock even as they sold it to me. The chair was bought because my disable husband needs it NOW. Sadly, I have still not been given any actual date.

Assistant was so patient end helpful and we were impressed by quality of the furniture

My chair most uncomfortable but HSL are really trying to help,waiting for replacement chair .The staff in shop Michelle and Kaye looked after us very well and are both really caring people .

The staff were courteous and helpful. We viewed and tried out 3 chairs at home. There was a further selection available in the van if required. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was fully explained.

We had a polite and informed visit to our home with examples of suitable chairs for my husband to try. Having made our choice we only waited 6weeks before it was delivered!
The delivery ...rather early ..was smooth and efficient by 2 men who carried it up 3 flights without puffing!
The chair matches our existing furniture and is even better than we had hoped for! What higher praise can we give?

We went to check out some chairs for future proofing our later life,the lady's were very helpfull and showed us lots off diferent versions off chairs which were suitable for us and our condisions,they even offered us a cup of tea are coffee,

After a good visit by salesman and specialist and despite paying up front I was told the chair would be delivered by Friday and arm covers etc, would be sent by post Friday came and went no contract from HSL
When I chased on the following Monday delivery date of Wednesday of that week was agreed when the day came they delivered the right chair but in the wrong fabric doing cancelled the order and asked them to take it back

Excellent service - HSL representative was friendly but professional and knowledgeable.
Currently I am awaiting delivery of the chair which I was told would be here in 6 - 8 weeks so cannot comment on delivery

My experience in the store with Amanda was very good the same as it was when I purchased a chair in 2024 with her help and understanding of what I needed.
I don't receive delivery of my bed until around the the end of October.

Asma of the Prestwich branch was very helpful and polite.
Explained everything and gave us cover samples to take home.
It was a good experience when buying the furniture.

Service was fantastic however the chair was for my father who suffers from dementia. Unfortunately he changed his mind about which material was best for him and he was charged almost £300 when the seat wouldn’t have been started to be made which was extremely upsetting for him.

The sales assistant Julie was brilliant, she took her time with us trying out many styles of furniture to get the right fit, she made sure we got exactly what we needed

Great, friendly service at the Blackpool store, no pressure on time taken to select correct chair. Contact re delivery could not be faulted. Advised week before and reminded day before. Delivery team (Paul D & Jon) very friendly and highly efficient, messaged and phoned to confirm they were on the way with an ETA. An excellent experience from start to finish.

At ipswich store, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, particularly Lucy. I am disabled in a wheelchair and she helped my daughter put me in 4 different chairs to ensure we chose the right one for my needs. I have had the chair one week and am very pleased with it.
