Excellent in-store staff - helpful, knowledgeable. Allowed plenty of time and space to look at all the products, choose what we wanted and then assist with all our needs. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend and purchase from HSL Hendon NW4 again.

buying my chair
The staff at the showroom were very helpful. nothing was too much trouble. Whatever questions I had were answered well, no one worried if they had been asked the same question time and time again!! - they responded with patience and good information.
The whole process was first class including the delivery. Everyone kept me informed of expected date then confirmed day before. delivery man phoned on the day to say when he would arrive, he was early as traffic was light.
a very good experience.

Attended to by John in store. Advised us on what best suited our needs and budget but he was in no way doing the "hard sell". Very unobtrusively helpfull and able to answer any questions that we had.

Great experience end to end
Great experience end to end. Both in store and with delivery team. Sofa arrived way ahead of planned delivery date - with plenty of warning - chaps delivering ( Alex and dene) were incredibly polite and got straight to it. All done in 30 mins. Excellent experience.

Very competent but I must admit I was rather worried when your new delivery man firstly tried to put his over-shoes on outside of the property and then didn’t realize there was a back and a front! I was also worried for him taking the back of the chair going down, he was very unsure when the over-shoes began to slip.Otherwise the lady in charge was very competent and knowledgeable.
