after failing to reconnect to my wifi JACOB sorred it out within minutes and txted me my password after i explained i could hardly see it on the back of my router, thanks jacob 🙏 so friendly and patient

Best internet around in my opinion !
I’m saving £50 a month for the same package I had with previous provider ! Allways quick to answer the phone so your not sat on hold for an hour like Kcom !
They actually care and want to help you , And they resolve issues quickly I’m so glad I moved 😊

Liam B was very helpful today, signed up to extend my contract and with a raise of £1. We haven't had an issue with the internet at all since had it so was no problem signing up again

Had a phone call this afternoon from Liam B regarding renewing my contract. Explained it all easy. Quick phone call nice and straightforward renewed for the next 2 years.

My partner had moved into her new house in Hull and needed to have broadband connection. I phoned Hull Fibres on her behalf as she is dyspraxic and can find calls like this difficult because they can involve passwords, readings and technical information.
Liam B was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was understanding , polite and made sure that he answered any questions she had.
The broadband was set up very quickly - it was excellent service. Thank you Liam

Update from Hull Fibre, who have called me, as I was unhappy with a situation I had,they sorted out my issue, informed of a better deal for me ( which was cheaper something they could have failed to nention), and a free month broadband, excellent service more than happy with Hull Fibre

The person I spoke to was very polite and explained everything clearly and he was also very helpful I would recommend hull fibre I find the company to be extremely reliable and the service is excellent

They came on time and connected us to Hull fibre, never had any problems. Great service would thoroughly recommend this broadband
