Very knowledgeable and helpful lady when I bought Was delivered on time and I am happy with the scooter Main problem for me getting out is the past weather!!! Have got wet a couple of times caught in the rain Hopefully summer is coming and I can really experience the freedom my scooter provides. Am happy with my purchase.

Kardinal Independent Living on…
I found Kardinal Independent Living on the internet and found a good priced scooter. I was able to ring and speak to really helpful staff. The service was great and efficient. The scooter arrived by courier and my Mother was unleashed. Riding, listening to the birds seeing the bluebells is great for mental health.
We had a mechanical issue it was immediately collected and returned via a courier. I have been so impressed with this company and the mobility scooter has given my mother a new lease of life and outdoor access.

The service from kardinal in ordering…
The service from kardinal in ordering the scooters was good, but keeping you updated on delivery was not so good , the delivery was not that helpful just left the scooter on a pallet , had to get daughter and son in law to come and unpack it and get it off the pallet and into the house .

what made my experience with cardinal so good was how easy it was to purchase the scooter and helpful the staff were all very helpful at all times and even helped me insure it at a competitive rate with break down cover aswell

A big thank you
I would like to thank Dana and all at Kardinal independent living. Dana found an alternative scooter that fitted my wife’s needs and been in contact to ensure all went well with the delivery to the ferry for my pick up. The delivery man was very professional and went through all the controls and how the scooter dismantles to store in the boot of the car. Dana has been extremely helpful in getting the extra charging lead and ensuring it’ll be posted on to myself. She said scooter preparation and delivery would be between 7to10 days she was spot on with 7, the scooter was well presented and in extremely good condition and as described in the advert.
I would recommend talking to them and I’d use them again if and when I need an upgrade.

I've been looking for a mobility…
I've been looking for a mobility scooter for a few months and am very happy that I came across Kardinal. Connor and his team have gone above and beyond in helping me find something that was suitable for me and with a payment plan that suited my finances. It was delivered promptly and its given me the freedom that I've not had for months. The products that Kardinal provide are affordable, good quality and much better value than buying brand new And I'd strongly recommend buying from them and I will be again in the future if I need to. There are a lot of mobility companies out there that dont recognise the needs of their customers. Kardinal do.

First purchase - great experience
I purchased my first - second hand scooter from Kardinal - so wasn't too sure what to expect. I have to say not 1 issue with this…
I have to say not 1 issue with this company Conner was absolutely a professional he was so helpful to choosing which scooter I may need also he worked all paperwork required and costs.
Which meant no hassle all I had to do is
Pay for it monthly it's as easy as that.
