AVOID ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY
Avoid dealing with this company. In short, I am about to commence legal action for the recovery of the money my disabled wife paid for a power chair that was not delivered. Needless to say the promised refund has not been made. To take advantage of people in need in such a way is unforgivable. Other reviews demonstrate that we are not alone. This demonstrates to me that the business model is to avoid responsibility and not act in good faith.

I’m very sorry to read about your experience and the distress this has caused both you and your wife.
I completely understand how serious and frustrating this situation must have been, particularly given the delays with both the delivery and the refund. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise.
I can confirm that your refund has now been processed and returned. While I appreciate this does not undo the inconvenience caused, I hope it at least brings the matter to a close.
At the time, we were implementing a new internal system which unfortunately led to disruption across communication, order handling, and refund processing. This provides context, but not an excuse, and we take full responsibility for how this impacted your experience.
We also want to be clear that we do not operate in bad faith or seek to avoid responsibility. However, we fully recognise that your experience has not reflected the standards we strive for.

Very good experience with this company
Very good, with help from Dana and advice with the different Mobility Scooters. Also, letting me know what size would be easier for me.
Lee was good too with explaining all the things with my new scooter. Also, bringing it all the way from Worthing to Southsea (Portsmouth)
Very much appreciated.
I would recommend Kardinal Independent living as being very helpful, with everything that you need to know.

Con artists
Con artists. I phoned and asked to buy a scooter they advertised. Oh that one has gone but we have another identical one but a bit more expensive. I paid for it. A MONTH later they deliver a different model (which is too small for me) and now ignore my emails. UPDATE 5 Feb. They saw this review and got in touch. They want the scooter but don't want to refund me. They want me to wait while they get one. That could take for ever.

Best service and Fair Price
I’ve been shopping around for over a month and the service I received from Connor was superb.
So much so I ordered immediately.
Hopefully the delivery and after care will be as good as currently awaiting delivery.

I can only say be experience had it’s up and downs but what I must say is that Connor went out of his way to correct any bad experience, and really helped me out, getting me the exact scooter I needed for a great price. I would thoroughly recommend using them. You won’t be disappointed.

From the outset Kardinal were helpful
From the outset Kardinal were helpful. It took a while to complete the service and deliver the chair due to national holidays but Kardinal were professional throughout the process.
