My scooter arrived after 10 days as i was told they were valeting it so i was disappointed when it turned up with a fine layer of green mild on it and not clean at all other than that its seems to be working well.

I’m sorry to hear that the scooter didn’t arrive in the condition you were expecting. This clearly slipped through the net of our usual service, and on this occasion it went out without its final preparation, that’s a mistake on our part, and I apologise.

Holdup in delivery.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the time of delivery I found that I was in hospital so unable to take delivery, this was before Christmas so delivery was going to be later on, this was not a problem, It was delivered after Christmas. I found the staff very nice and helpful.

Very helpful explaining things…
Very helpful explaining things delivered on time nice and very early in the morning. Came with all instructions. Kept InTouch with delivery time and date . After reading other reviews I was bit scared but they were perfect in all ways can't fault the company.

I often despair of dealing with…
I often despair of dealing with companies but I am delighted to say that is not the case with Kardinal. Dana was a joy to deal with. She is so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When the buggy arrived I found it difficult to operate. A phone call to Kardinal solved the slight problem. I was patiently talked through the method needed. Top man called Connor
I spoke to Connor who was extremely helpful from the outset. He dealt with my enquiry with speed but was very thorough. He was very polite and professional and kept my attention. It was a pleasure talking with somebody who clearly cared about me as a customer and he obviously enjoyed his job. An asset to any organisation.

Great service
Took longer than first said during to staff illness but the wait was worth it, the scooter we chose was serviced and they told us it was not running properly so they offered a replacement at the same price which we agreed to, when it arrived it was a better model then the one we ordered went further and faster than the one we ordered , my husband was pleased with it, he loves going out on it , his been out further and was happy when he didn’t have to get off to go over a bridge, it has been amazing.
The staff were really nice and helpful.

Thanks Connor, you helped the stressful complications of taking a mobility scooter abroad by plane so much easier! You were knowledgeable of the airline regulations regarding batteries and made sure I had all the paperwork the airline could possibly require.
Made sure I understood how all the controls worked and how to remove the seat etc
I would happily recommend your company to anyone wanting to hire or buy a scooter

Fantastic knowledgable company who sourced us an airline compliant scooter to use.
Would have no hesitation in highly recommending Connor and his team
Was given a demonstration on how to dismantle and operate the scooter and they even put it into the car boot for me!
Had a printed full copy of the manual which was really helpful especially for checking dimensions and weight
All in all a great service given with a cheerful smile 😊

Always a lovely service at kardinal, ive been a customer for years now and can highly recommend them. Being disabled unfortunately has a number of challenges and getting a scooter can be daunting prospect, but Connor and the lovely girls in the office make this occasion very easy. Constantly broken promises
My 90yo Father-in-law, for whom I am carer, ordered and paid by phone for an advertised mobility scooter on 10th November 2025. Delivery was promised within 5 - 7 days. After almost a month and several excuses but still no delivery, the order was cancelled and Kardinal confirmed refund would be processed. Many excuses and promises made about refund date by bank transfer. Yet still no refund received by latest promised date of 24th December. Refund received 6th January was £100 short of amount paid to Kardinal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused.
In early December, we encountered unexpected issues while changing payment system providers, which unfortunately affected our refund processing times. However, we made every effort to keep Mr Haskins updated throughout.
We fully understand your frustration, as this matter took far longer than it should have. We can now confirm that as of 2nd January 2026, the issue on our end was resolved, and Mr Haskins has received his full refund, along with an additional £50 as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience — we hope this goes towards a nice meal on us.
We’re pleased to say Mr Haskins is aware of this and is now satisfied with the outcome. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience.
