An excellent experience! I highly recommend Leaders!
I recently worked with Leaders to rent an apartment, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. The entire process, which is usually quite stressful, went smoothly and without any hassle.
I want to give special thanks to Cristina Herman, who handled everything for me. Cristina is a true professional: incredibly kind, prompt, and attentive to every detail. She answered all my questions with patience, was completely transparent about the lease terms, and managed the paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Thanks to her, I found exactly what I was looking for in record time. If you need high-quality real estate services, don't hesitate to choose Leaders, and if you get the chance, definitely ask to work with Cristina Herman. 10/10!

Leaders were good
Leaders were good, sometimes too many emails from different people and they didn’t contact to let me know when I could collect the keys, I had to chase them. But everything was sorted when I asked for it to be.

I rented a property in Luton from…
I rented a property in Luton from Leaders and the Hob was not working, the extractor fan above the Hob was broken, the washing machine was broken and the House was filled with Bed Bugs. We complained and they took weeks to get back to us and we had to practically leave the property. Extremely bad experience with this Company. I understand that this could be situational, but I won't recommend this company to anyone.
