I had a wonderful experience with Leaders in Luton. The whole process from start to finish was perfect and very well organised. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which made the experience stress-free.
Communication was excellent throughout. I was always kept informed and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.
A special thank you to Caitlin, who was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and she made sure everything went perfectly. Her support and great communication really made a difference. I would highly recommend Leaders in Luton to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

Mr Malik was superlative and amazing since the first point I reach out to him for viewing.

Mr malik Miah is the best walk with in the rental process
Malik from leader’s letting is very professional calm and respectful. Gave us lot of options and made sure I and my partner get a comfortable flat to rent. The entire rental process is seem less courtesy of Mr malik

My experience with Malik during renting was incredible
Malik was friendly and transparent during the my renting process. His proactive updates, communication, detailed instructions and professionalism during my process of viewing, renting and to final move-in was incredible which makes me settle for Leaders and I will recommend him to my friends over again.

A genuinely smooth and supportive experience
The best experience I’ve had with an estate agency so far. Malik showed me the property I wanted to rent, understood my circumstances with genuine empathy, and promptly sent over the application form. Caitlin was also a great help, carefully double-checking my details before submitting everything to the landlord for approval.
Not only did I receive a positive outcome on the same day, but both Malik and Caitlin went above and beyond during a process that would otherwise have taken much longer.
I now can’t wait to move in before Christmas 🙂
If you’re unsure who to rent with, I highly recommend Leaders Luton — they’ve been brilliant and hassle-free, exactly what you need when moving is already extremely stressful. Thank you, Malik and Caitlin, your help is truly appreciated 👏
