A very efficient and helpful service..Jonathan Mason endevoured to obtain "loss of earnings" from a third party. His efforts, despite a reluctance from the other insurers, ensured i was paid the monies owed. Would highly recommend.

Impressively supportive company
This impressively supportive company takes the insured victim through the process of getting the vehicle repaired, and ensuring that all the legal work is completed as painlessly as possible. The staff are invariably helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist stressed clients. Their communications were all in good time and frequent enough to enable me to keep up with exactly what was happening and when stages were completed. I hope I never need them again, but I won’t be bothered if I do because I have full trust in their service and the staff who work for them.

I thought afterwards that it would be helpful to have a message whilst waiting to connect of what you would need. National Insurance No; Driving License details, pictures of all four corners of vehicle + damage. Not all of these expected and caused delays, whilst I hunted/or went to obtain.
