The hair doesn’t look like in the picture but it is good quality. It’s just not my hair texture.

Do not buy a single thing from this place. Scammers. Made me pay for shipping £60 and started ignoring me when I asked why FedEx is asking me for money. Absolute shambles of a company with the poorest communication skills. Shipping takes forever just save your time, energy and most importantly money. Biggest regret.

Company does perfection every time blend is perfect , quality is amazing, no company I love more.

Talk about poor customer service .I bought this item late December 2022 arrived in January 2023 defective Sent photos a proof to the seller contacted the seller immediately to arrange a return for refund who did not respond, sent several emails
They Refused to answer the listed UK mobile phone numbers on their website.
Seller claimed there is no refund as the item was custom made .The item was clearly faulty along
areas on the lace not attached together , this is not what was described ,on the website , cannot use the unit as the lace front as not attached the the rest of the wig
Crook seller decided to send me photos of similar items in their catalogue claiming that it was the item sent to me and it was not a faulty item
Blatantly scammers and dishonest company refusing to return/refund of £250

Very disappointing. Too expensive for the lack of quality. The hair was thin in the ends, had grey hair in it and was not the right base colour. The people selling this hair. advertised as a base shade of a one, however was more like a base three. They then argued because the hair was not artificially coloured that’s why it wasn’t as dark which doesn’t justify why it’s not the colour advertised. It is still not a base one regardless of it it’s natural or artificial colour. The hair smelt terrible too.

I love my hair extensions. I got kinky straight, and they matched my texture well - very soft and easy to install. I have had them for some time, and I am impressed by how much they've held up

Wow, I wish id read these reviews before I went through what I have.

A few months ago I ordered curly hair extensions, they cost me over £400...
They started to go matted so badly after just 4 weeks, I kept having to spend hours dematting

Baring in mind I'm a HAIRDRESSER and extensionist of many many years will a very far and wide following and I have curly hair and am a curly hair specialist I know what products are needed. I told them, sent them pics and they offered 40% off my next extensions. Giving up with the response I then ordered a weave to try...

It came as was the wrong curl pattern and BRIGHT yellow. I emailed, IGNORED. a week later emailed again, ignored. 1 month ago I emailed still ignored and even now.

The Hair lasted 3 weeks! Never in all the years I've ordered extensions have I just own them last so little time. Especially when they advertise the life span of over a year. I'm now out of pocket and having to let down clients as I tried these to then start giving clients a curly option. Poor customer service. Over priced and con artists.

Website isn’t well build at all. You can’t pick you hair colour and can’t see how much you will actually pay which shouldn’t actually be allowed to charge people like this without showing it on the website…

And struggle to get in touch with anyone ..

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Very misleading. I bought clip in extensions thinking they are just available stock and I can get refund if it’s not the right colour. How wrong was I… so the colour a lot darker then expected, I asked for the return address and was asked to provide photos of the hair that I received. After multiple emails (they were asking to resend photos) they said I’m not legible for the refund. Apparently the hair I’ve ordered where customised. Never thought it was customised. I read the product description again and it was there right at the bottom. My advise… please check descriptions because I feel that all of their items classified as customised and you won’t get refund. I paid £196 for something that not going to use. It’s really shocking.

Returned my hair over 2 weeks ago for a refund as the hair came a lot darker than expected. Since doing so I haven’t had one update and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried to contact them through email, messenger, WhatsApp, calling them , Instagram and their online chat and they haven’t replied on one of these different platforms! Starting to think I won’t be receiving any refund even though I have sent the hair back to them. Awful customer service can’t even get a reply from them!!

This is my second time buying hair from Livicor.

It’s really soft and good quality, I’ve been loving wearing my hair natural and it’s so easy to maintain. The hair lasts a long time and doesn’t shed too much.

The price is quite good for the quality, I will be repurchasing.

Ordered 4 packs of tape ins, I wasn’t too sure on the colour so I dm’d Livicors Instagram account and they where really quick to respond and colour matched me well, I ordered hair on separate days but I was really happy to see they arrived together in one parcel instead of two, the hair quality is super soft and thick all the way down which I know a lot of hair brands aren’t, I cannot wait to apply them to my hair! I’ve had a lot of damage from bleaching and heat so I cut off all the damage and hope to blend in the extensions so they can grow out with my hair and I can feel confident again. Really great customer service and quick delivery for a custom order. Will definitely order from them again in the future!

I had some troubles ordering my item, but the team of Livicor were so amazing and helpful. I love the quality of the hair and I’ve made two purchases so far and been happy with both. Definitely a place where you should buy your hair extensions from!!

The only positive thing I can write about the tape ins I have from this company is that it gives me more hair!. I ordered the curly version and after just one wash the curls dropped so much and have continued to- I am now left with a minimum wave!.. the texture of the hair is soo course and find ot impossible to believe this is real hair!.. like a previous review the delivery package was beyond shabby..no box just a crumpled up jiffy bag torn in some areas. Appalling!.. this company needs to be investigated!

I have been using hair extensions for years now, and had the opportunity to try different stores. And I must say Livicor has the best extensions. The colour matching was incredibly perfect and suits my hair texture too. When I touch my hair, I don’t even feel I am having extensions. They fit incredibly well and give a whole new look and feel. Thanks Livicor, you are an absolute game changer.
