Very easy to use website and the order process was very smooth! All the information was easily accessible and the people were very friendly and helpful when they reached out to contact. Delivery service was great - on time and no issues with the vehicle!

Excellent Communication
I was kept up to date at every step and only had to wait 3 weeks from the order being accepted through to delivery. I requested if it could be delivered sooner, and they tried their best to accommodate this, but is was down to the delivery company. However, the effort was appreciated.

We’re sorry for any disappointment with your delivery date being moved back by a few weeks from the initial estimate, although we're delighted that your car has now been delivered and do hope you're enjoying driving electric.
The lead times advertised can be subject to change and dependent on the manufacturers, but once we receive an update, it’s immediately passed on and communicated.
We’ll be reviewing the process around our estimated delivery dates with our dealership partners in and attempt to improve the experience and mitigate any disappointment if the estimated delivery date changes.

Quick and painless process!
All of the team were super helpful and supportive through ever step of the journey. Once I found my car, it was delivered in a matter of days. Really easy process from start to finish.

2nd car with Love Electric…
2nd car I've now taken up after faultless 1st car experience (only minor issue in that I could not extend the contract on that.) BUT managed to change to a new car on a longer lease which reduced my monthly costs. All the selection / changeover was very efficient. highly recommended.

Poor communication and poor service.
Awful experience from Loveelectric! I’m really disappointed with the service I have had with this company! I initially ordered a car last year and was informed it would be arriving around late July/early August, then I was then informed that it was going to be November to which I cancelled and had to buy a second hand vehicle at an inflated price as I needed a 7 seater which was something I shouldn't have had to do if they had kept to the timing initially stated! 2nd time I ordered the vehicle price was falsely advertised claiming to have accidentally added the discount twice and would not honour the deal even though it went through the ordering process and took a week to correct once submitted! Round 3 I got some good news, that the car was due to arrive 2nd of July, would actually arrive much sooner, claiming the 29th May, I was then informed it was going to arrive at the dealership on the 2nd June, I messaged after the 2nd of June to find that it hasn’t arrived yet, and I’m not being provided with a date other than it’s due to arrive and will be released 7-10 days after this. The communication hasn’t been good at all!

The lead times advertised can be subject to change and dependent on the manufacturers, sometimes changing as little as 24 hours before the expected arrival date.
Once we hear of any changes to the delivery date, they are then proactively communicated to the customer - unfortunately in your case there has been a series of late amendments to the date that were outside of our control.
We apologise again for the inconvenience you’ve faced.

It was very easy to use their website but beware of hidden charger installations requireme
Never had an EV before so was bit apprehensive. Concerns were unfounded, It was very easy to use the website to chose a vehicle. A good range available to suit various budgets which enable me to see I could get a higher spec vehicle than I thought. Staff were excellent and quick to respond to questions and you can get them on the phone.
I didn’t give 5 stars purely because the lack on info on what hurdles you might encounter to get a home charger fitted. They said that it’s not for them to say as every household is different, but as they are the provider I would expect them to tell you what could be required. You might need your mains d-looping, a dual pole isolator may need to be installed. As these are different providers don’t be surprised if you get your car before your charger is installed. As I found out after I had ordered the vehicle and the charger, that I needed both to be done. The DP isolator was over £150 but the d-loop was FoC.
The delivery was trouble free although the delivery date kept changing - the LoveElectric team kept you up to date with what was happening. I actually got my car early than expected, which was a good thing but the downside was I have no charger at the moment as it’s still to be installed. 😞
However I love the car.

Great experience with Loveelectric from start to finish. Everything was made clear, lots of time to go through all the documents and they very politely followed up with me when I'd neglected to send a form over. Gave lots of updates as to the car's production and delivery and everyone I spoke with gave terrific customer service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish
From start to finish the entire experience with loveelectric has been excellent.
The process was simple, straightforward and very well communicated throughout. The team kept me informed at every stage, answered questions quickly and made the whole salary sacrifice and delivery process feel stress-free.
The selection of both new and used vehicles was very good, and the online portal/process was easy to navigate. Everything was transparent and clear from the outset.
Delivery day was smooth, professional and exactly as described, and even the follow-up support afterwards has been impressive.
The Tesla I received is perfect and exactly what I hoped for. Overall, one of the best customer experiences I’ve had.
Highly recommended.
