Excellent service from start to finish
We’ve just received our new BYD Dolphin Surf from loveelectric.cars and the whole experience was outstanding. The collection of our old car and the delivery of the new one were seamless, well organised and completely hassle-free.
The team were friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout. Everything happened exactly as promised, and the handover was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and the car.

Excellent Service
I found the whole experience of finding a car with Love Electric incredibly easy. The account manager spoke with me and ran through all my questions and from the time of the application to delivery of the vehicle was only 9 days! The customer service throughout was exceptional and seamless.

Great experience!
I had a fantastic experience with Love Electric from start to finish. The service was smooth and efficient. Communication throughout the whole process was clear, and reassuring, which made everything feel easy.

The team were helpful and kept me updated, and the car arrived exactly as described.
Only minor delays in communication at times, but overall I’d definitely recommend them.

Very good communication and staff are…
Very good communication and staff are very helpful in explaining the whole procedure. Would definitely recommend the purchasing a car through this route. We only gave 4 stars as they were overly optimistic on the delivery date. We were given estimated delivery dates that kept being put back and back, this may have been a miscommunication with the main dealer but wasn't very helpful for us!

The Best Electric Car Provider bar none
The process from application to delivery could not have been smoother. I was constantly kept informed of the progress of my order and had regular updates from Freya on when to expect the car to be delivered. Delivery was pre arranged and I received a call to give me a definite time slot. Once I received the car I was given a tour of the vehicle and controls and the courier didn't leave until I had exhausted all my questions. Great service, great experience and I have finally found my car provider, I shan't be going anywhere else.

Generally good service and regular updates, my only complaint is the car arrived with marks on the window where something had been stuck to it. Attention to detail in the respect would have been appreciated.
