Great service so far, Ric got in touch to say we had two orders in place (the first one was placed before the service was actually up and running), we then received an email from our caravan park saying the service was now available and there were discounts available. I placed a second order to avail of the discount and Ric called and explained that they would honour the discount and refund the original payment we’d made back to us, you cannot say fairer than that.

Good friendly customer service and clear explanation on proceedure by technician.

Just awful connectivity at St Andrews holiday park. Service seems to be down more than up. Charges are increasing again but no explanation of why the service goes down and why they don’t seems to have the tech able to see and fix this out of hours. When things go wrong out of office hours, no one is there to help.

UPDATE - on the response as by LPIS, utter nonsense as usual. I emailed them on the continued service failures on 26/9 and 1/10/26. I called again today after a night of service that didn’t even reach 1Mbps. Surprise surprise….they have no record of my email. Now I need to wait until Monday to get a response as their engineers involved don’t work at the weekend. Just useless!
