Roy the installer was friendly, efficient and took exceptional care with all of the installation. Would highly recommend. Early days but quality of the internet seems very good.

Brion arrived on time as per his phone call, he was very polite and friendly, asked where we prefered our router to be and advised us accordingly and we agreed on the best place to put it. He then explained the installation process in detail to us before going ahead and installing our broadband, he was very tidy and always wore his shoe protectors every time he came in from outside. the internet now works 100 percent better than it did using a router with a sim card in it. We had it installed in our lodge on a holiday park at Rhyl and very happy with the service and installation from LPIS and would highly recommend them especially Brion for how he done his job.

You are impossible to get hold of by phone had to ring a finance option knowing someone would pick up quickly which they did and kindly put me through to correct option! So after spending nearly an hour to get you to answer the set up was completed in a matter of weeks

The fitter has a great attitude and was extremely helpful. The only downside was waiting in all day for him to arrive he arrived about 3.30 ish and we had to travel to the van for 9 am and not being give a timeframe became concerned as we are both in our 70s if it was going to happen. I contacted your company 3 times and customer support never answered over 1 hr waiting

We were very pleased with the service we received from Roy this morning. He took his time to explain what he was doing and wouldn’t leave until until he was convinced we knew what to do.
He was very pleasant and friendly and he removed his shoes which is a sign of a very good tradesman . Thank you

Order for the service was lost twice so a big delay in installation. Eventual installation went well and once in the service appears to be very good.

Lovely young man put our internet in very polite and efficient.

I called and spoke to Curtis he explained cost etc, told me i would get an email explaining everything. We popped out to the shops and when I came back I had an email with our password I entered that and now everything is connected.

Great installation

The connection on site was, with a couple of short downtimes over a four year period, very strong and resilient.
When I sold my caravan, cancelling my contract was very easy and quick.
I was in two minds whether to give 4 or 5 stars but a couple of glitches when originally being installed made it 4.

Well this as got to be the worst internet provider out there I have been a customer of theirs for about 4 years and the 3 years before this year was good but since they have been bought out this year we haven't had internet on a Friday evening up until Monday for months every time you try phoning them they say they are working on the problem but there is never nothing done and they don't seem to care that people are paying good money for this poor service I have now cancelled my contract with them I hope a lot of my friends do the same because the customer service is abysmal I am on a holiday camp at Warren farm in Brean Somerset and everyone is complaining about them they are an absolutely shocking company to deal with

I had my Lpis fitted this morning. The guy was lovely and friendly really professional I'd certainly recommend Lpis.

Was fitted while wasn't there but has been fitted with care and looks very tidy so very pleased

Lovely man who did the installation. There were a few admin problems and the receiver needed to be repositioned. He sorted everything out and got the job done. Very pleasant guy as well. Thank you.
