Marquis Ipswich service team are excellent
The caravan service team at Ipswich are extremely helpful and efficient. They explained the whole process and made it a great experience. Would highly recommend Marquis to any caravan owner.

First class communication, Aimee kept us informed throughout the process of repair.
A good team of ‘fix it’ personnel, who saw the opportunity to get the job done immediately and not have me hanging around waiting for parts.

Excellent service
Excellent service from the moment we spoke to Aimee in Tewkesbury to book the habitation check. She greeted us, explained everything, was very polite, nothing was too much trouble.

We purchased our new motorhome from the NEC, staff there were great & very informative & this service continued throughout our process. Neil has been amazing & most helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Also a shout out to Colin who we have dealt with too. You are both a credit to the company.

Just bought our second Motorhome from Marquis Northampton.
Just bought our second Motorhome from Northampton branch and delighted with everything. We have had very pleasant and knowledgeable staff doing all they can to help all the way down the line. We got a great deal (as we did 5 years ago when we bought our first van from them). I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Wonderful service
I have always had wonderful service from Marquis Dorset. Being greeted by Beccy and Harriet as though we are old friends, and the two of them making a fuss of my dog, makes for a lovely experience. Also, the professionalism of the guys carrying out the work, and explaining what they have done leaves you in no doubt that your vehicle is in the best possible hands.
I would never hesitate in recommending Marquis Dorset to anyone.

Purchasing my last two Motorhomes from Marquis Leisure has been a pleasant stress free experience from initial enquiry to final handover. Harriet and Becky at Marquis Dorset have always been friendly polite and helpful always willing to go the extra mile to help with motorhome issues .Work carried out on motorhome has always been completed to a high standard. I have been a Marquis customer for 7 years, owning two Benimar Motorhomes , I have been very pleased with the layout , quality & cost , I have been pleased with both the sales & aftersales service at Marquis Dorset. I have been to the service side for habitation , defects (mostly warranty), extras ( wi fi). & cleaning . Each time is been a good experience , service reception ( Harriet & Becky ) are friendly & helpful , work always carried to good standard, on time , kept informed & at agreed cost

Job was done, but got a call to say it would be delayed for release to allow bonding to set. Reception girls kept me updated with the repairs.

Service team at Marquis Dorset
The service team at Marquis Dorset have been brilliant to deal with since I started using them nearly 7 years ago. Initially with a used motorhome, but more recently with my new motorhome. As is expected with a brand new vehicle, there have been a couple of minor (snagging) issues, but they’ve dealt with them promptly and ensured that my warranty claims have been dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Not only that, but they’re lovely to deal with and always really friendly and helpful.
Would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent service from Marquis Dorset
From initial purchase of a motorhome over 20 years ago to our latest purchase nearky 2 years ago Marquis Dorsel have been an excellent company to deal with and especially from the aftersales point of view. James, the workshop manager and his skilled team of technicians have resolved every problem we have had with our Autosleeper. The admin staff of Becky and Harriet have always been able to fit me in especially if we were planning to go away imminently.
