I have been a customer of Mechanics Cooperative Bank for so many years i’ve lost count! Every transaction feels like I’n working with family. My personal account and my business account are handled efficiently and professionally. Katie Francisco has been wonderful to work with as are all the tellers. I love this bank!!!

The Somerset branch is the branch I frequent the most, everyone is so nice and courteous especially Filomena. I have never had a bad experience at any branch. The Somerset branch is excellent always greeting me with a smile and everyone is so personable, if you visit that branch you won’t be disappointed with the service or it’s employees.

Have been a customer of Mechanics Cooperative Bank for a long time, and can’t say enough good things about Donna and Nicole at the Bridgewater branch. They are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but more importantly, they are always so friendly and make me feel that my business is important to them. Great goodwill ambassadors for the bank !!

I went to the bank to withdraw some money. Filamena waited on me. She is always so pleasant and smiling. She took care of what I needed very well. She is one of my favorite tellers at the Somerset branch.

Nicole, Erin & Donna have always been so helpful and pleasant over the years at the Bridgewater Branch!

I went in to open a certificate of deposit and the staff could not have made it an easier process. I was helped by Helen Oliveira at the Swansea branch, and she took the time to make sure I was well informed on all of my options. She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I had a great experience opening my new account. The representative was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything.

My only suggestion would be to add a little more color and personality to the inside of the office. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!

I was greeted as soon as I came in, was helped immediately even though everyone was busy. They made sure you knew that they knew about you needing help. All the staff at the Somerset branch were friendly. Glen helped us with our account by adding a beneficiary at our request. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this branch.
