Bridgewater branch
The staff at the Bridgewater branch is always friendly and helpful! Today I had to go in and rollover a CD and add to it and Nicole was on top of it. I walked in and she knew why I was there.

Knowledgeable and helpful
I recently moved from Taunton to Middleboro and have gone to the Bridgewater branch a few times. Every person I have encountered has been very competent and friendly. They have each gone out of their way to accommodate my business needs. Melinda Lema is very helpful and knowledgeable and even informed me about a new account which makes perfect sense for my husband and I. I am very happy to have found another branch, in addition to my usual Taunton office, where I feel comfortable and supported by the staff.

Long time client
We have been clients mainly at the Bridgewater Mechanics co-op for many years. The staff is always so helpful and looking out for our best interest. Donna and Nicole keep things running smooth, and take care of our needs promptly. Today my service was quick, and I was reminded of a beneficial service that’s free to our accounts. They all do a great job!

Estate Check
I had an estate check to deposit from my deceased father-in-law. Cheryl Monteiro took care of this transaction for me. She was extremely professional and explained everything in detail so I was able to understand it.

Bank that actually values customers and relationships.
Been a customer well over 20 years and they are a local customer service oriented bank that values relationships. Can’t thank all of the staff at Mechanics in Dighton, Ma and notably Brittany Whalon for the support in helping my elderly father who is a Vietnam Veteran with some bank issues.
