Good service, good people.
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, especially Cheryl and Lorrie at the Somerset branch, but central management is a little timid when it comes to offering competitive savings rates—you have to bargain with them.

I have never written a review on anything in my whole life but dealing with Lawrence Fernandez has been such a pleasure . He always goes beyond his scope of work never once have I called him and My call not been answered , he always goes out of his way for his customers .

Typically our cards are mailed out 7-10 business days after ordering, but due to the nationwide chip shortage - our cards are currently taking 14-21 business days. I was locked out of my account and I needed to open up a savings account I went in and the women that helped me was great she made my experience a good one she answered my questions and was very pilot and I appreciated that. Overall her pleasant attitude towards me and my mother made this a 10/10 experience.

Superior service and guidance
Cannot say enough about Joe and his team at Mechanics, they are simply the best.
The depth of their knowledge and customer care constantly makes you feel comfortable.
Each step of the way they are checking in and looking out for you while making it feel so seem-less, even when speed bumps occur, they take them in stride and overcome them all.
Whenever I had a question, someone was always available to speak and put me at ease. It was very refreshing dealing with a company like Mechanics that cares just as much as you do. Which is very hard to find now a days.
Would recommend them 10/10 times and look forward to doing business with Mechanics again.
