I called to get a car shipped. They said it would take 1-5 days to find a driver and it took them less than 1. Everything was very easy considering I had never done this but they made it easy.

Absolutely no communication. I was fraudulently charged extra fees. I feel like monarch is just another parasite that is infesting the transport industry. My actual driver was also terrible at the communication, but he was a very nice person. I would call him directly for his services again.

I paid an additional $400 for a specific day pick up (Thursday), the bike was picked up on Sunday evening, I had to have a neighbor stand in for me. The carrier told me they weren’t even contracted to pick it up until Saturday. They refused to refund the additional $400 for services they did not provide and have not responded to customer service emails. If I could do a negative star rating I would.

We had never transported out Side by Sides anywhere that we weren't trailering them ourselves. We googled for a transport company and Monarch was the top of the list and the one that popped up with a high reputation.

We called and were briefly walked through the process and they had pretty good ratings so we booked it.

This is for a Vacation July 4th weekend and we booked this at the End of February so we needed assurances that our cars would be picked up and would make it on time. They told us this would be no problem this is what they do and they will solidify a carrier a few weeks before the dates and then arrange the pickups and return. They were supposed to have procured our transportation by June 25th per our contract, and still nothing.
We were down to the last 6 days and after multiple calls over the last couple weeks and almost no response other than a very uncaring "We haven't contracted your trip yet, were still looking for carriers" they still had not solidified our Transport.

I ended up securing an alternate transport and called and cancelled the contract. Within (1) Hour of doing that, I received a call that they coincidentally found transport, less than (1) hour after we cancelled the contract. AMAZING! Well the straw on the camels back was the fact that they still had the audacity to charge us $149 per vehicle for the cancellation and the charge was actually $154.96 because of a credit card fees they charged.

I highly recommend you do your homework before booking this company. They may be one of the biggest but they are definitely not good in our book.

As mentioned from previous comments I to had been quoted $1053.00 to go Houston to Fargo w my motorcycle. Then I get a call saying the one who could pick up my ordered wanted $2000.00 I said most I could pay would be $1500 well behold and another driver called and said they could do it for $1500 imagine that nothing less. The pickup date was supposed to be on Wednesday and I waited all day and had to call after630 pm to find out he would show up the next day at 0900 but didn’t arrive until 1100 and didn’t depart till well after 1300 just to load a motorcycle. Which I helped in the beginning and took him a long time to get straps secure. The website says you’ll get updated progress which I didn’t get. Had to call to find out information. The driver barely spoke English or understood it. Was not dressed professionally and had flip flops on which he ended up tripping out of them. OSHA would have been in shock seeing that. On a positive comment it did arrive before the scheduled time without any damages. You’re throwing blindly at a dart board with company. You might get lucky and hit the board but it won’t be a bullseye.

My experience with Monarch delivery company was excellent. My car arrived in great condition. And in a fast timely matter, I definitely will use them again in the future.If I ever need my car to be shipped anywhere.

I would not recommend hiring this company. They initially quoted one price, then attempted to increase the cost by 54% before pickup. In my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch: they attracted my business with a lower quote, then changed the price at the last minute. They did not even sent it out to a carrier and did nothing for the fees.

When I declined the new price, they attempted to charge a $149 cancellation fee. Although they agreed not to apply the fee, they charged it anyway.

I recommend choosing a company that guarantees its pricing and honors its quotes. We ultimately found another company that guaranteed the price, did not change the terms, and was even less expensive.

I recently put money down on my card for transport of my motorcycle. The transport was supposed to happen after June 23,2026. I called to cancel yesterday because of an accident with my motorcycle. Also, Monarch never secured a shipper.

Monarch is now going to take $149.00 from my credit card.

I will never ever recommend Monarch Shipping to anyone for shipping ever. They rip you off of money and they don’t have any conscience whatsoever.

I would be ashamed if I were them.

The driver that delivered my vehicle threatened and harassed me over text and phone, showed up at my residence unannounced and uninvited after sending a text saying he was going home, (he originally refused to deliver my vehicle there in the first place, I had to meet him somewhere to get it) withheld my car key from me after I paid him, and threatened my boyfriend with physical violence. Four police cruisers ended up responding to this disturbance called in by a third party. The monarch team just seemed to shuffle me around with multiple hollow apologies, I requested my deposit of $250 back after the incident and while someone said they would get back to me, they never did. Have not responded to any of my emails either. This company put my life in danger with their poor vetting process, and I don’t think they really care. I spent a lot of money on this service just to be threatened, harassed and made to feel unsafe in my own home. This was my first time doing this and I never will again. Don’t use. Extremely poor customer service.

trust all the bad reviews and do not use this company. I was awaiting transport and told them I will let them know once I have a Copart gate code and to not send any one to pick it up but she went ahead and schedule the pick up anyway and charged me card... I don't think I could have been any clear to not waste the drivers time and money because he won't be able to pick up anything until I have a gate code... they didnt listen to me. and she lied to me and said they closed at 7pm eastern time, knowing damn well they close at 5pm.

Do not do business with Monarch Transpirt, scheduled pickup, paid deposit required,however on day of pickup Monarch called with new price from original $690.00 to additional $1,000.00, advised price too high and Transport was cancelled by Monarch with guaranteed deposit will not be charged until pickup that never occurred; discovered my credit card was charged day of cancellation, Icalled to obtain credit and now being left on hold fir about 20 minutes, called back and now being ghosted, called back 3 times straight to voicemail then I sent text messages that was ignored.

This company is borderline completely fraudulent, I would highly recommend you all steer away immediately.

Their communication is a 2/10 at best, their ploy is to oversell you on delivery timelines and then tell you that you can pay double the initial quote to get it delivered a day or two after your multiple day delays.

Then when they fail to provide you with the service they sold you on they charge you a 150$ cancellation fee. This is a complete scam service that brand bids on Google for competitor sites to be top on advertising.

They are a contracting agency they attempts to find drivers but portrays themselves as a transport group

Believe it or not, their truck caught fire and burned the vehicle.

As agreed our vehicle was delivered on time in excellent condition. I really appreciate your friendly & prompt customer service. No doubt you all deserve 5 + Stars. Kudos !.
