Monarch Transport Group Inc Avis 

First off I was quoted one price and charged another which was over $80 more than the first quoted price. The driver spoke broken English set up a delivery time at 6:00 p.m. Then texted me and said it wouldn't be until midnight. At midnight the driver still hadn't showed up and didn't complete delivery until 3:30 in the morning. Every time I called monarch to ask any questions they told me that they would have to call me back but never did. Ariana was the only person that would respond to my questions. I will never use this company again. In fact the total price was actually even more then what they quoted the price to be.

Monarch Transport Group delivers. Both Jesus and his dispatcher were very professional and courteous. The experience was most pleasant and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have a vehicle transported!

Fast, friendly, and no hidden fees! They were easy to connect with and the process was explained very well. Pickup was easy and drop off was expeditious.

The price I was quoted was changed three times. The date was changed tree times. The vehicle was transported and delivered on a trailer unable to load and unload without some damage.

Good communication, excellent driver selection, just that had to wait almost 4 days for the confirmation but the car arrived next day after picked up and price increased a little bit and it was not expected.

My trailer was delivered on time. I was kept up to date on what was going on. He was courteous and helpful placing the trailer. I would use him again if I needed the service.

Could not have asked for a better transaction. I have experience with multiple moves and shipments. Vehicle picked up within 5 days of booking and delivered in 2. Bradley Spegal could not have been more professional and was very patient. My driver, Paul Deaton is a pro. Thanks guys, great job!

⚠️ Warning to anyone shipping a vehicle: Monarch Transportation Group quoted us $647, then raised the price days later claiming they couldn’t find a shipper. We paid more and were promised next-day delivery — got nothing, then were told the shipper had “mechanical failure.” We cancelled and were promised a refund in writing within 7 days. Weeks later, still nothing. Multiple calls, broken promises, false statements from staff, 25+ minute holds, and hung up on. Now disputing with our credit card and filing with the BBB. Do your research before trusting this company with anything.

Still waiting to see how this situation will be resolved. They might earn a few more stars if this is handled appropriately. I made a reservation weeks ago and paid extra to guarantee my rv would be transported tomorrow. I never received any Information about the driver and made multiple calls to the company. I finally got through this morning and requested the driver's Information. When I called the driver, he let me know that he would not be able to make it until Monday at the earliest. My reservation was for Saturday, with an extra $200 paid to guarantee delivery on that day. When I called the company back to let them know that this was unacceptable, as I travel for work and need my rv moved on Saturday. Again, this is why I paid extra and planned this week's in advance. The gentleman at Monarch let me know that I would lose my entire deposit if I cancel, even though they are the ones not honoring their end of the contract. They are currently attempting to find another driver. I don't have high expectations right now. Will update this review once I hear back from them. They may or may not earn more stars...

Had several issues from independent transport companies. But monarch transport found me a new one fast and got my vehicle transported on time . I highly recommend monarch transport.
