Transportation did not happen when they said . They increased the price by 100 dollars once the possible pick up was scheduled. Pick up got canceled multiple times due to no driver and then wouldn’t let me cancel the service so I can just get it myself and told me they would charge my account 150 dollars even tho no signed contract which is against the law . Company is trash. Do not use. I would have reported them to FMCSA if I knew about it sooner. Bait n switch company

We were in a bind and needed a vehicle transported within 24 hours. We agreed to pay the mark up for expedited service and made arrangements for the vehicle to be picked up. It was 23 hours before monarch gave me any update on the 24 hour pickup. The company they gave me sent a pick up window. As the end of the pick up window approached, we had no updates from the driver or dispatch and the dashboard had not changed. As the window ended I called the driver and was informed the driver had cancelled. Monarch was completely unresponsive, no additional dispatch was updated and no communication.

Great experience but just because you pick a date, you may not get that date if a transport is not available. Lots of comms when the date is set

I demand to talk to the owner or manager about my delivery. The guy showed up with my bike in the back of a pickup. When he got to the property he had no ramps to unload the bike and no help. Bought ramps and he was "holding" the bike. It got sideways and fell with me on it.

They made you to sign 10 pages ToS document before you can move further to work with the quote. That signature makes you responsible for all fees and charges you can only imagine. In my case it was $150+ cancelation fee. It was a time sensitive shipment for me and after waiting a few days without result I cancelled the order and they charged me that fee. I wasn't able to dispute it with my credit card company. So they hire people to respond to disputes and pay them with your money -- just stay away from them.

One star bc you cant put zero! Called me 3 times to get my order, took shot without searching reviews, big mistake, placed order Tuesday for Sat pick up camper, after 10 calls to them on hold 10 min then they hang up! 5 emails, texts, got guy on phone Thurs he said ur on priority list no call back. Get guy phone fri he said checking w logistics call u back nothing! I scheduled 2 people to meet me at site 2 hours away to do hook ups, at 2 pm i get call, good news we are delivering monday but its $250 more, f u so i tried cancel they said I lose deposit! In between i had cal them to give them address of pick up and drop off as they just had towns! Now have pursue legally and will go after my time as well as others time, how are these scammers in business

I needed a trailer shipped across country. Monarch was great with a fast pickup and a reasonable price. All went smooth, would use again!

Good real time support but a bit disappointed that the price changed after confirmation.

These guys went all out, picked up my vehicle at 5:00 pm and drove 7 hours to deliver it at my house at 1:00am. Brady and the driver Joshua at monarch will get it done!!!

Posting for my transportation shipment was done great regarding price ..timing and easy to complete .
Insured carrier was verified .The driver was in contact with me throughout the process .Before pictures were taken and no damages was verified upon delivery .
I would use this Transportation /Broker again.

TL;DR: Monarch Transport is a broker, not the actual carrier. They cannot guarantee the price they quote, despite what they may tell you. I would recommend booking with a different company.

When I booked my vehicle shipment through Bryan, I felt confident everything would go smoothly. He assured me there would be no issues transporting my car, quoted me $1,550, and promised delivery by July 6 to accommodate my family's cross-country move.
By July 7, there was still no driver assigned to my shipment, and Bryan had stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I received virtually no proactive communication from Monarch Transport and had to call every day just to get updates and push for a driver to be assigned.
Finally, they called with what they described as "good news"—a driver had been assigned and would pick up my vehicle on July 10. The catch? My total price had increased from $1,550 to $2,550. So not only was my shipment delayed by a week, but I also had to pay $1,000 more than the quoted price.
To be fair, the actual driver was excellent. He was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the transport. I only wish I had been able to book directly with the carrier instead of going through Monarch Transport.

I just had my 2021 Harley Davidson Pan American shipped from Walnut Creek Ca to Aledo Tx. My Quote was $800 less than the lowest other bid! It would have been a little more, but I received a discount for being a veteran also. Brady took care of me, answered all of my questions quickly, and was very friendly. Communication with the driver was great as well. He arrived on time, loaded my bike up and had it delivered when he said it would get there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I definitely recommend these guys!

Bait and switch. Was quoted 1 price then a 15% discount if booked within 72 hours. Did not honor either quote or discount. Cost nearly $300 more. Shipper sent was horrible RBE Logistics. Delayed twice then canceled. I hired another shipper but they showed up unannounced and loaded the car. Switched drivers and sent 1 that did not speak any English. They were 3-5 hours late depending on which time they gave you. Monarch stopped replying when a refund was requested after shipper canceled. The worst shipping experience I've ever had. Shipped horses from British Columbia, CAN to Pa, USA, Co to Pa , Pa to NC. Never had a problem, but a car? Too expensive and an unprofessional fiasco.

I moved from Ohio to California. Shipped 2 cars. Price was good and they were delivered on time. Matter in fact they were there before I got there and they kept both of my cars safe at there facility until I could get them. The driver was a really nice guy. Communication was great. He kept in touch. He would keep me updated. Most importantly to me both of my cars were safe and I received them the same way I left them. I highly recommend Monarch for any transportation of vehicles you need. Very happy with the service I received.

We were happy with the delivery. We did have a little trouble communicating with the driver as he did not speak English well. However he was very professional. The rv was not exactly straight in the space but it was acceptable. Delivery was delayed a bit but that was expected since the trip included 3 states

Communication was good for a while. Originally made arrangements for a pick up date around July 15th. Well has the time got closer to 7/15, I had not heard from Brady at all even after several attempts on my part. I did eventually speak with Andrea and arrangements were made to pick up the camper on 7/25 and I was told that I would be notified once a driver was assigned and at that time I would pay a deposit. I decided to go with another company and cancelled services with Monarch on July 20th. At that time a driver had not been assigned or at least to my knowledge one had not been. Much to my suprise I was charged a deposit of $154.96 on 7/20 ironically the same day I cancelled the transaction and had already rec'd the confirmation email stating my Order had been cancelled. This whole ordeal has been handled VERY unprofessionally.
