They had two promised dates to move and missed both of them. So I canceled them. They are out of Florida, and take a big part of what you pay just for being middle men brokers.
They had the nerve to keep $154 of the deposit I sent them.
I plan to put tons of negative reviews all over the place and continue till they refund the money.

I contracted with Monarch Transport Group to transport a motorcycle from California to my home. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

Monarch provided a quote on July 19 for $1,003, including insurance. The transport was booked on July 29, with the motorcycle scheduled to be picked up from the motorcycle dealer in California on July 30 and delivered to me on August 1.

The driver did not pick up the motorcycle on July 30 because he was unable to get to the dealership before it closed.

On August 3, Monarch contacted me and offered to reschedule the pickup for August 4 with delivery by August 7. However, I was told the price would now be $1,303 — $300 more than the price I had agreed to.

I declined to pay the additional $300 and requested that the shipment be cancelled. During that call, the Monarch representative told me that my deposit would be refunded within 7–10 business days.

When the refund did not appear, I contacted Monarch again. This time I was told that because I had cancelled the shipment, my deposit was non-refundable.

To summarize: I had an agreed price of $1,003, the scheduled pickup was not completed, Monarch subsequently wanted an additional $300 to transport the motorcycle, and when I declined the higher price, I was initially told my deposit would be refunded. Monarch later refused to issue that refund.

I have now disputed the deposit charge with my credit-card company.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Monarch Transport Group. Anyone considering using this company may want to carefully review the cancellation and deposit terms and understand what happens if the originally scheduled transport is not completed at the agreed price.

This company will con you out of your card information with promises of shipping your vehicle or motorcycle. They have no interest in shipping they only want to charge you a fee once they double your agreed payment. When they tell you after weeks they found a driver but it will be double the price they are counting on you to say no so they can then charge you a cancelation fee of a couple hundred dollars. They will charge your account immediately and will not return your money. You will only talk to a human when they are stealing your card info and when they are ready to spring they double charge trap. Don't use these people unless you want to your card charge without getting your shipment.

Warning to anyone shipping a vehicle with Monarch Transportation Group. they quoted me $769, then next day raised the price to $809, then next day raised the price to $909 I ended up paying $1049, claiming they couldn’t find a shipper. Just use a different Company there not reliable!!!!

I have now used MTG twice, great experience both times the had me picked up in less than 6 hours the second time first time was with in 24 hours!! Highly recommended in my opinion very good group of people to do business with!

This place is a joke do not waste your time. Driver never showed up to get my side by side and then had a thousand excuses why he did not show up. Call the office and they do not care at all they will take you $200 that you have to pay up front. This is a zero star review this place is terrible. Do not give them a up front deposit you will lose it.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler in Maryland and requested a price from Monarch to deliver it to the Panhandle of Florida. Monarch quoted me a price of $769. I agreed but it took the dealership a week to receive and clear my check. Since it had been delayed I requested an updated quote. The quote came back the same and I signed a contract on a Tuesday morning. At that time I was told someone from dispatch would contact me when they had a driver set up. I heard nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday so I texted my contact on Thursday morning. Nothing from him again. Friday morning I got a text that I would get a call from Dispatch. about 10:30 Friday morning Dispatch called and told me the price would be (somewhere around) $1350. I was told this was a low volume route and that if I wanted it cheaper I could wait until they had a less expensive carrier available. No time frame was provided. I asked them to try to find someone soon. I then looked a the cost for me to fly up and drive the Jeep back myself. It would have been significantly cheaper. I called back and and a different person, who was familiar with my order, said they did have someone to take it and would bring it to me at the contracted price. I agreed. Monday morning I got a call from Dispatch that they had a driver and my new price would be $1150. Only option for the price I was quoted (three times) was to wait. Since I had missed my window to make the trip myself I very reluctantly agreed.
The only bright spot was who they hired to actually transport my Jeep. He was very professional and friendly. He kept in communication with me the entire way, he was where he said he would be when he said he would be there. I feel he went way above and beyond and he is the reason this was not 1 star review.
I did receive an email from the Monarch rep I originally spoke with asking me to submit a review but it did not include a link so I asked how to submit a review and have not heard back from him in several days.
If you wish to use Monarch, be very cautious of section 4B in the contract. It was mentioned numerous times as the reason my price kept changing. From signature on contract to delivery was 10 days for a 1000 mile route.

My experience with the company was good. They were finally able to match the price quoted, after three transporters. They should let you know in the beginning that the price may change. The transporter was great. He was there on time for pick up and delivery. I will be using the company again soon.

The driver was courteous and took good care of my bike, very professional. I will definitely use your company again.

I scheduled and paid for a specific date and time due to storage would charge full month if I stayed for a single day August 1st
They tried to push to August 1st, I denied to the extent of cancelling “expedited order “ and pay the standard without additional charge being they didn’t provide the service committed to.
I was called on 8/1 at 7:30am saying driver was on site for pick I hadn’t authorized. I was attempted to be hustled for the add charges and as I r exuded we agreed on rate to transfer but no remorse or action taken for the additional cost as seen below due to them not making committed time and date

Here is my experience and do not use this Company

We were moving 5.5 hrs from BH FL to Pensacola
I contacted multiple companies Sabrina at Monarch Sent me a quote for $480 same day Motorcycle transport and i agreed and this is were it went south
1. We were moving and the day before had to call them being they did not contact me for a pick up time of my motorcycle . A representative stated they we're working on it and would get back to me . The next morning the day of moving i reach back out again as we had a uhaul and were expecting the motorcycle transport company to pick up my bike .
2. They called me and they had to switch drivers i was told the new driver would be there by noon . I had already paid a $100 deposit and told them to charge me for the entire job . They then charged a 180 dollar depsit and now the job was not 480 but 563 as we ran out of time to make other arrangements i was stuck
3. The driver did not show up at 12pm he showed up at 7:30pm walking up to my family and neighbor he could not really speak english and waived us to walk down the street where a car carrier was waiting an not a motorcycle carrier and my nieghbor who is a firefighter and i had to load the bike onto the car carrier ourselves and we had to strap it down ourselves as well the way he was trying to strap my bike down would of came off and undone i have a customer Harley Softail that is not replaceable and we have a 7 and 3 year old were we had to get on the road being it was a tropical storm . We left at 9pm and did not make it too our new home at 6am its was completely unacceptable
3. The driver did not show up the next day at 12pm he showed up a day later while i was at work and was trying to motion my wife to help him get my 600lbs motorcycle off his car carrier and put it in my garage .

I was put in the position of no options and forced to pay more money than agreed and it was a car transport company i am a sales manager of auto dealership i needed a motorcycle transport company to come on time pick up my motorcycle load it and deliver it and unload it in a timely manner it is also concerning you have a commercial transport driver who can not speak english which i though you needed to get a CDL in Florida .I will be filing with DOT and the states attorneys office

It went well arrived when i did at my destination Only negative was I was told I could load back to bottom of windows and seats in front must be empty but when the carrier picked up it was an upcharege to do that and I had allready left to drive my other vehicle

In a word, “Wow!” Our experience with Monarch was incredible from beginning to end. Our customer service representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about how the process works.

The delivery person was excellent. He gave us updates regularly including when he anticipated picking up our RV in another state and time zone and when he would deliver to us! He was very personable and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better delivery experience.

The price for transport was initially quoted at one price but ended up a higher figure. I wish that it would have been communicated better that with a “guaranteed delivery date” there was a nominal up charge. However, that being said, I would have no hesitation using this company again!

Not a great experience at all. Submitted my shipping need, was left a VM so I called back and spoke to someone. They told me that they would have my "agent" give me a call back shortly. Phone tag ensued. Not sure why I had to wait for that specific person(Jennifer Garza), but I did. Quoted $799 with no additional fees or surprises only to be told on the phone that the carrier would do it for $900. I reluctantly agreed because I was tired of the back and forth with them. Shipment was "dispatched" status on their site from 7/24 until I emailed them letting me know that I had the bike already on 7/27. Once I did that I got two messages at the same time one saying it's in transit and the other saying it's been delivered....... Here's a quote from the first email sent to me when it was dispatched, "For real-time updates and the most accurate tracking information, please use the Track Your Order button below. This is the fastest way to stay updated on your vehicle’s progress." That was a joke. Thank god Jose Carlos with Angies Safe Transportation was in contact with me and gave me updates up until he arrived. I've reached out to the "agent" several times explaining my concerns as well as the "Not satisfied? Let us make it right" link sent to me. Crickets. I don't like leaving poor reviews and have given them a week to make things right to which they don't seem that concerned on doing. I will use Angies Safe Transportation in the future, but it will not be through Monarch Transport Group.

Scheduling was easy, price was higher than quoted by took time to book a transport. Everything went well - delivery was when they said it would be.
