Worst service ever. They lost the key to my bike. No one answers or reply to text. I called, they leave me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up. DO NOT USE THEM. U HA E BEEN WARNED.

Your site says it takes 3-5 days from Iowa to Fl (by mileage). I stated the first date to pick up was wed 8/26. I had requested open transport (not tow).

A pickup came to get my camper to tow. I had stated I was traveling to FL on Friday so I would be there to pay cash.

The camper showed up Thursday at 7 pm 26-27 hours). The driver could not speak English. I was not there so they charged me an extra $2,000 to deliver Friday night at 10 am. I could not zelle due to bank security takes a day or two to make sure they are legit. They treated that they were going to send it back to Iowa and charge again. I absolutely hated my experience and feel scammed out of $2,000.

Contracted Monarch to pick up car and deliver on Monday 530pm. There was a problem with paperwork with carsavvy and the deal was canceled at 6 am on Tuesday. I emailed monarch at they canceled and confirmed but charged me 150 bucks when they didn’t even contact any drivers to pick up my car. I won’t use them ever and maybe I should be thankful it only costs me 150 bucks instead of the bai and switch people are complaining about In their own reviews of this company

No communication from Monarch staff or the driver. After waiting until 5PM the day it was to be delivered, I called monarch and was given the drivers number. The driver then reported the delivery would be the next day. It did arrive the next day with no explaination of the delay. Monarch also changed the pricing I was given. Originally I was quoted 765 after a 15% discount offered via text message. The price later rose to 1125. Monarch blamed it on high diesel prices, I think it was a blatant rip off that took advantage off my situation. I have a very ill father who needed to ship the bike by a certain date to go into acute care, thus I had to accept the outrageous pricing. If I could give zero stars I would and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not give your business to Monarch, buyer beware. I feel bad for the driver, he was a recent immigrant and seemed legit- hope he finds a better employer.

The agents were very polite and professional. She made me feel secure after being scammed by another company. They met all my expectations. Will book again.

The Items did arrive safely, but they were two days later than scheduled and I paid $1000 more than Monarch originally quoted. Beware, their agreement is not a contract for service, it is an estimate for service and their paperwork allows them to increase the price.

Monarch Transport Group initial booking personnel were very helpful and responsive. I signed an agreement with Monarch for $2250 to haul two snowmobiles from Michigan to California. What Monarch doesn't tell you is their agreement is an estimate of charges. They were supposed to call back within 5 days with a carrier, but they called back finally after 8 days to say they couldn't find a carrier for less than $3250. When I said I had an agreement for $1000 less they said no carrier was available for that price. I agreed, the carrier DRY RUN LLC called immediately and kept in touch during the transport process, but the driver was two days late and the trailer they were using should not have been on the road (bald tires, damage, lights not working, and Dry Run informed me they would not be using that driver in the future) I will not be using Monarch Transport Group in the future if I have items that need to be shipped.

The Monarch team was truly impressive. Great communication and timeliness. They made a rather stressful event go so smoothly. The price was fair especially considering the price of gas thanks to Trump.
The driver Android Tesla was so very helpful and kind. As I said, it was a stressful time for me and he kindly assured me and I felt so much relief.

I had a good experience shipping a motorcycle. All went as expected and the motorcycle arrived on time.

I contacted Monarch transportation group to have my 40 foot 2019 Forest River wildcat fifth wheel move from Florida to Louisiana.They contracted showroom transportation company to move my fifth wheel. The company that moved my fifth wheel communicated with me was was great they were on time when they said they would be.Took my fifth wheel in one day and delivered it to site in Louisiana. The driver for showroom was by far one of the best drivers I have seen. He managed to put my fifth wheel in my driveway at my new home exactly where I want it within inches. Very satisfied with
Monarch transportation company they were excellent at me informed as well as the company Showroom that transported it I would recommend Monarch transportation company to anyone!!

SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They will quote you price and once you sign contract couple of days later price will double.
they will charge you cancelation charges even if they couldn't find you carrier.

Good Experience over all. The driver broke down en rout and it took 4 days too get going again but finally made it with no other problems, Driver was very helpful!

We shipped our son’s car from CA to WI. The quoted price was great but we had to pay $211 more but it was fair because the cost of gas. The communication was good though minimal. The pick up was only one day late but they delivered the car in 3 days! That was great because that was 1 day earlier than expected. The driver was good, thorough, and the car was undamaged. I’d use Monarch again.

This company is a complete scam, please don't give them your credit card. They gave me a price of $625 to haul a golf cart from South Carolina to Va ....I signed the contract.

A few weeks later they called me twice with a driver that will deliver the golf cart for $1150, I said no I have a contract for $625...Then a few days later they had a driver that would do it for $850...Again i said why would I agree to that when I have a contract for $625..

The rep said they cant honor the price and cancelled the contract. The next thing was they charged my debit card $154 for a cancellation fee when they in fact cancelled. I called Customer service multiple times and held for 20 mins then was hung up on several times...I've emailed , text, done everything accept hire an attorney with not one response from the company....

Great communication through the entire process. Scheduling was easy and fast. Delivery was even faster. If I ever have to ship another bike, I will be using Monarch

They were very patient with me when it came to my budget. We eventually found a driver that was in my budget and the driver was very understanding and very nice to talk to!

UPDATED 9-4: Monarch just called and TRIED TO BRIBE ME to change my review. Offered me a restaurant gift card if I edit my review and send a screenshot of it first. I declined.

Original review:Monarch sent me a shipping quote which I accepted. A few days later, they called saying they could not find anyone to accept the route but found someone who would pick it up the next day if I agreed to pay more than 50% greater than the total quoted price. Since it had already been a few days and I would begin being charged storage fees, I accepted. No one picked up the car the next day. I reached out to Monarch who said they had someone else who would pick up the car that same day. No one picked up the car that day. The next day the car was finally picked up. This cost me $100 in storage fees. In total, I ended up paying and losing $413 more than my original quote.

Very quick service. Didn't forget about the quote even 5 weeks later had my trailer to me within a few days.

I was told the cost of transporting my car from Nebraska to Florida would be $849.00. I called Monarch after a few days and was then told the cost would be only $829.00. I received a call from one of the transport drivers and said he could pick up the car the next day but would be $1459.00. I said no and called the company again and they said I don't have to accept that offer! A few days later I called again to find out when my car was being picked up? At that point I cancelled because they had no time frame for pick up. They charged my credit card $159.46 cancellation fee which should not have been done. A transport was never scheduled. I contacted another company and the car is being picked up within one day for $1125.00. I called my credit card company and doing a charge back! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

We shipped an RV trailer from TN to Washington state. The delivery was on time and the trailer arrived in very good condition with no problems. Cost was as quoted. My only complaint was that communication could be improved but overall I am quite pleased with the results. I would trust Monarch to do this again if I ever need the service.

I am only giving one star because less is not possible. This transport company is horrible. I called to make arrangements for a pick up three weeks in advance. I even paid a premium for guaranteed pick up. On the day they were supposed to pick my bike up,They had not even found a driver yet. I had to wait until the next day and my quoted price went up $900. I would have canceled on the spot. But I did not have time to find another carrier. I canceled the order for the return trip, and I was charged a $150 cancellation fee. Customer service is a joke. Everyone that I talked to on the phone could not care less about what was going on. Be smart. Save your money. Find another carrier. Not monarch.
