Oliver at Dockside store helped us today get my son’s first uniform for secondary school. He was very helpful and knowledgable about sizes and what uniform was compulsory for us to have. Made sure we had everything we needed to start year 7.

I went uniform shopping today with my eldest child and Eleanor was incredibly helpful. My son now has everything he needs to start Year 9. Fantastic customer service and it is clear that Eleanor takes pride in her work.

Cinta at the Cheltenham store was fab
We had a great experience at the Cheltenham store today Cinta at the store was very helpful. I had called earlier to ask for advice and she was very helpful on the phone and advised us to come in as a walk in . When I went in she did an amazing job at fitting my grandson and knew exactly what sizes and what uniform he needed so the whole process was very simple .She was very friendly and knew what to say for my grandson who always found clothes shopping hard . The entire store gave great service . Would definitely recommend

Great service by Emily
It was better than I expected. Emily at Cheltenham shop make the appointment easy and quick but not rush us at all (perfect for my boy who really dislikes shopping). She gave us advice what is needed to new school and what size is the best, tell us about current offers and give us a size for future purchase online or shop for items what I wasn't to sure about.
Definitely recommend this place

Starting secondary school
My son is starting secondary school in September and the experience from the moment we got to Monkhouse was so smooth. A lovely assistant Adrijana served my family. She was kind, patient and knew all of the uniform pieces that my son needed. She served with a smile and was such a lovely young lady . We are very grateful for her service today. Thank you :)

We came in today and were looked after by a very lovely shop assistant, Poppy.
Poppy was kind and very understanding to my son’s feelings and questions! She seemed to have an understanding and kindness/ patience for any sensory needs my son was feeling and was generally very patient.
