Suzanne is absolutely brilliant
Suzanne is absolutely brilliant!
She took out time to help us locate all the uniform items we required for our baby boy who's going off to secondary school in September.
As a business owner, Suzanne is a woman I would not hesitate to employ because she upsold a lot of items today which we were very happy to purchase because of how effortlessly she sold them.
Suzanne goes above and beyond, and I recommend this shop because of her!

Excellent Staff in the Crosby Store
I walked in to the Crosby store with hesitation due to previously experiences. However my opinion has now fully changed thanks to Sue who went above and beyond in helping with my child get their new uniform for Merchant Taylors. She completely understood everything that was needed which helped as I had no idea due to the new changes.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Lauren
Pre booked a fitting for 10:45 but arrived 15 minutes early and was seen straight away, we were helped by a lady called Lauren and she was absolutely amazing, by coincidence, she went to the school my son is starting in September and she gave us lots of good tips to navigate the first few months! She was very polite and really helpful with choosing the right fit for my son, she was patient and really made the whole experience stress free and easy, which as most parents know uniform shopping is a nightmare! a real credit the shop, thank you Lauren .
