Wow Where To Start
I was very overwhelmed when going into Gloucester’s Monkhouse store today (walk-in) not even knowing where to start!
Then along came a member of staff I actually stopped her from the job she was doing, her name was Lexie and I have to say her helpfulness and customer satisfaction/service was impeccable. From start to finish she helped myself and my daughter pick out everything that is compulsory to have to start secondary school. Without her help and expertise I would have just ended up walking out of the shop in frustration and without the knowledge of what my daughter actually needed ready for September. A massive thank you to Lexie!!

Year 7 uniform appointment
We booked an appointment for a year 7 uniform fitting. Annabel assisted us and she was fabulous. She knew what she was doing and advised us of the right size from the beginning. She was patient whilst the items were tried on and she gladly went into the stock rooms to get other sizes and additional items. We left stress free and with all the items we needed, wouldn't hesitate to come again. Thank you Annabel.

Such a poor experience
Such a poor experience. I had booked an appointment as my son is just about to start senior school. The young lady who helped us seemed completely clueless. She brought us girls trousers three times, telling us they were all unisex (they weren't, she noticed after I pointed out pink ribbon inside), then brought out a pair of shorts for a 5 or 6 year old (my son is 11). This is right at the beginning of the school holidays. The only PE T-shirt they had in stock in my son's size had pen down the front, and no stock either in store or online for another top he needs. I had to ask her a few times to refer to her folder for the school list, as I wasn't sure we had got what we needed and she was making me more and more confused. Absolutely pitiful. The shop was boiling hot and wad mainly staffed by very young students. I will never go back again.

Great service
I went to the Cheltenham store as I couldn't get an appointment online. It wasn't too busy, and I was immediately helped by Emily. Emily knew exactly what we needed for my son starting secondary school and was able to easily advise on sizes. She also kindly wrote down what I needed to get online as it wasn't in store. All in all a smooth process for something I was stressing about. Thank you!

I visited the Maidstone store and was…
I visited the Maidstone store and was assisted by a young man named Ollie. He was extremely helpful, taking the time to search for the correct uniform sizes and advising me on which uniform items are now approved by the school.
Although they didn’t have everything I needed in stock, Ollie thoughtfully wrote down all the required sizes on a piece of paper so I could order the remaining items online. His excellent customer service made the whole experience much easier, and I really appreciated his helpful and friendly attitude.

Helpful & welcoming shopping experience
As soon as I walked into the Swindon Monkhouse shop with my daughter I was welcomed & helped. The shop assistant, Maisie, collected different size uniform for my daughter to try on & gave advice about the sizing when I wasn't sure about PE leggings & tops. Shexwas vety friendly, helpful & it felt like nothing was too much trouble.
