MR Mouldings Limited Avis

Very very bad
No delivery after two weeks time.
No matter how many time you emailed them, they are not going to reply you.
Tried to ring them several time, they lied it is on the way. I was cheated by them twice. I called them again two weeks after to cancel it.

Avoid it

My wife picked the dado rail up in person. She said they were very friendly and helpful ang gave a demonstration on how to heat up dado rail to bend it. Was very easy to do and looks great.

Great products, quick delivery. I was kept informed during the process. overall very good and would recommend.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, for delivery in 5-7 days. Nothing received.

Contacted them to be promised it would be delivered yesterday.

Still nothing.

AVOID!

Great customer service, very professional website and easy to navigate. Would definitely come back if I need more DIY projects around the house

Good website, easy to order. A bit omn expensive side. Excellent delivery .

MDF is a completely unsuitable material for mouldings.
Very poor quality, absolutely unsuitable.
£300 down the drain

Great customer service, really helpful on the phone. Reasonable delivery costs too - I had received several quotes from other companies whose timescales were a lot longer but were also ten times as expensive. Looking forward to receiving the items and using them for future orders.

We needed some products urgently, spoke to Adam who managed to get this on an express delivery for us. Going above and beyond, great customer service and will definitely order from them again!

Product on time and perfect for what I needed

Really helpful great service will recommend to anyone

Great service, good communication and prompt delivery, would recommend this company every time

Great product selection and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend

Great service - so helpful with product selection and really pleased with items

Adam was extremely helpful on the phone - providing the information I needed on the profile of the picture rails we are considering, I have now placed an order and we look forward to receiving the items

Great quality skirting boards and excellent service. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the products arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Very happy with the finish and value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge, very pleased with the products. Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience with MR Mouldings. Rowan, David, and Adam are excellent.

I ordered panelling, skirting boards, architrave and dado rail, and the quality of the products is excellent, well made and exactly as expected.

There was a slight hiccup with delivery with part of the order, but the team handled it really well and went above and beyond by offering a goodwill gesture, which I genuinely appreciated. Communication throughout was clear and professional, and it was reassuring to deal with a company that clearly cares about customer satisfaction.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the product quality and the way the situation was resolved, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MR Mouldings.

So far I have been impressed with the service I have recieved when first contacting MR Mouldings.I will be putting in an order for skirtings with them in due course.
