Ordered collars made half chokers
Ordered collars made to my measurements — didn’t fit, no refund, item lost, left out of pocket
I gave clear measurements and asked for collars made to fit my dogs. When they arrived, they did not fit correctly. Despite saying they would be made to my sizes, they were too small/too loose — not what I paid for.
I was told she would adjust or remake them — but then I had to sort everything myself. I sent them back using the address she provided exactly as she gave it — yet it was incomplete and the item got lost in the post. Royal Mail confirmed the house number was missing — that was not my doing, I wrote it exactly as she told me to.
Now the collars are lost, I’ve lost the money, I’ve paid postage twice, and I’ve had no refund and no replacement. She claims she offered solutions — but the address she gave was wrong, the item never reached her, and I’ve been left with nothing.
It feels like I’ve been blamed for her mistake with the address. I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket, chasing for weeks, and still no resolution. Extremely disappointed — would not recommend.

There are several statements in this review that I do not agree with, and I have written evidence and correspondence to support my position.
You did not simply provide measurements and ask me to decide what size collars were required. Your written message specifically requested that the Small collar adjust to 11" and the Medium to 15". The collars supplied were made to 9–11" and 14–16" respectively, meaning the measurements you specifically requested were within the ranges made.
When you told me the collars did not fit your dogs, I offered to alter them. I also offered to change the decorative fitting so that the tags you had purchased elsewhere could be fitted. I subsequently offered to remake the collars completely at no additional cost.
You declined the remake and told me that you preferred a refund.
Regarding the return address, I also need to correct the suggestion that I provided an incomplete address and that this was simply “my mistake”. I have the written correspondence showing the address I provided to you, and I have retained this along with the rest of our correspondence.
The second parcel did not reach me. Royal Mail subsequently indicated there was an issue with the addressing of the parcel. You maintain that you wrote the address exactly as provided; I have not said otherwise. What is a matter of fact is that the parcel was not delivered to me, and therefore I could not receive, inspect or alter/remake the collars.
The statement that you are “hundreds of pounds out of pocket” is also misleading in the context of this order. The order placed with Myrtle & Willow was £41.50. I cannot accept responsibility for unrelated purchases or additional costs you chose to incur, including temporary replacement collars.
I have offered practical solutions throughout this matter, including alterations and a complete replacement/remake at no additional cost. The full written correspondence, including the measurements requested, the solutions offered and the address provided, has been retained.
I am not going to debate the matter publicly. The relevant evidence speaks for itself and can be provided through the appropriate process if required.
Good purchase
Delivered on time, reasonably priced item and good quality with good stopper.

I had brought in indoor id collar for my Doberman, but I had messed up the measurements. So I just ordered another one in a smaller Size and within minutes I received an email back from Myrtle & willow, asking if my first collar that I ordered was too big or if I ordered the second collar for another pet. I explained that I messed up the measurements and they offered to refund for my new order and to adjust the previous one for free of charge. Most companies would have just packed and dispatched the second order making more money, But Myrtle and Willow clearly put their customer service over make just making a profit and went above and beyond. thank you Myrtle & Willow

Easy website, lead time not as expected
Ordering was easy and simple enough 👍 but from order to delivery quoting 3-5 days not so great. Taken a week from ordering to finally receive. Received dispatch updates quite soon after so not sure why such an overall delay to receive. Lead is as expected and look forward to it supporting our pooches training!

2 Lovely House Collars
I had 2 lovely biothane house collars made.
Really pleased with them,they arrived very quickly,look and feel great on the dogs.

Amazing customer service!
I had been reccomended Myrtle&Willow by another friend of mine and I can absolutely say they've got a returning customer! I spoke with their online chat about sizing measurements for my samoyed and not only were they incredibly patient but so very appreciative! Also a broad inventory and colours to choose from which can be great for indecisive folks like me!
