Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, taking the time and initiative to contact me after I had placed my order. Both to ensure the colour of leads etc matched and to apply a discount to the price. A benefit to buying from a small business. Thank you.

Excellent product and service
Christy helped me order the right size collar for my puppy, responded to my question really quickly and the items were with me a couple of days later. Really love the biothane collar and lead, so easy to keep clean and comfortable for my puppy. Thank you!

I had questions about the collar to harness safety attachment, which were answered almost immediately.
The order was also completed and dispatched the same day, which was amazing and I received it a couple of days later.
It's exactly as expected and looks great. I will definitely be coming back for more products.

Have had several biothane collars . Not as sturdy . Returns policy poor. Be sure to read the small print.

Amazing experience and fantastic quality
Amazing experience and fantastic quality. I ordered a custom collar, as well as a working dog set consisting of a slip collar, a 0.5m lead, and a tab/grab handle. The colour options were fabulous! We went with a lovely deep mulberry colour, which shows up well against my dog's black coat. Communication was great. Speed and quality of service was fab!

Brilliant! 5 ⭐ customer service
After finding a new harness for my dog I wanted a collar to match colour. It was impossible to find so I contacted Myrtle & Willow.
Communication was great. My dogs last collar had a D ring on the back as an extra which I wanted again. The time taken to go through all my measurements and checking they were right with photos was absolutely fab!
Also fast delivery!
The only thing I would say is about the colour (not this company) lilac/lavender after a week of use it started having more of a pink tone than purple.
