Myrtle and Willow UK Avis

Great communication, have ordered multiple times and always get brilliant products and the best customer service even going the extra mile when I have ordered incorrect size and making adjustments for me ⭐️

Very professional and friendly ..excellent products. Good price too.

I recently bought a collar from Myrtle and Willow and was so happy with it that I bought a matching lead. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the quality of lead. The seller was very friendly and efficient throughout. I am confident that the collar will last a lot better than the one I bought at a fancy pet shop!

So so pleased with our dogs' Biothane long lines (5 m) one olive green and the other Rose colour, both stunning and matching the online colour charts exactly. Delivered in time for us to take to France, thank you! Beautifully wrapped, tissue and minimum impact to environment. Lovely feel, won't slip from hands or hurt on sliding the line, waterproof. They also look really good. I came to know about Biothane through a German lady who stopped by our church with her hunting dog Henry, and I immediately noticed the beautiful long line (10m), she explained what it was. Then I searched online and found your website, with products handmade in the UK, perfect. (Beautiful website too, love the "Meet the team"), plus personal touch to reassure me the delivery would be before we travelled, very lovely from start to finish. :-)

I ordered a collar for my dog and I was really impressed with the result. The colour (poppy) is lovely and looks great with black fittings. The seller kept in touch during the process and I can’t fault the service. Great value for money too!!

Sunday on a bank holiday weekend and I finally think "stop putting it off get the dogs new half check collars" I had got as far as knowing I wanted BioThane but kept coming up against brick walls for weeks!

Then I found Myrtle and Willow! I couldn't find a colour I wanted for one of them but then realised there might be more choice in direct contact so pinged a message. It made me jump when Christy came straight back to me it was a Sunday and a bank holiday! We had a little web chat and email chat, she sent colour samples and after a while the colour was chosen and the order placed (the other collar was black so that was easy!)

Christy managed my expectations in that the oatmeal/beige collar may take a little longer than the black one was not a standard held colour.

Two days after placing my order I got notification that I had a Myrtle and Willow delivery on its way, I assumed just the black one. How wrong was I! Both beautiful collars turned up by Royal Mail today.

I am delighted (as well as verbose) they appear well made, are beautifully soft, the beige is a great fit for the cream coloured dog and I might sound mad but todays walks seemed to go better than ever!

Durability well time will tell but no one can predict that as its about use, circumstances and well life in general!

Net result - I am in the process of ordering some standard BioThane collars and leads for them. My dogs only wear half checks for walks so house collars it is, I cant use nylon or rope leads as my hands can't cope with them so normally use leather but I think BioThane might just work for me so I am going for it! For all they are pampered pooches they are muddy, sandy, swimming, digging large dog idiots so I think this Myrtle and Willow BioThane kit will be perfect. Oh and guess what it has gone 3 on a Saturday and Christy has already acknowledged my bespoke email order.

To conclude; service exceeded my expectations and the product I am delighted with. Wouldn't it be nice to say that about a restaurant!

Thank you Christy.

Excellent collar and lead. Have ordered another. Fast delivery too.

great service and quality products. thank you

Only ordered the round biothane short lead last night, got an email this morning saying ready to collect. Pick up was quick and easy the quality I can already feel it's great and I'm in love with the colour! Exactly what I wanted and will be perfect for showing my working Malamute on.

What can I say, fantastic products, delivered swiftly and custom made. Nothing too much trouble. Will never shop for collars and leads anywhere else. Extremely happy with my order 5* place an order you won’t be disappointed.

The lead is very good quality and the right length, for me, and really good value for money. I will buy from them again.

Quick response, clear website, good quality product.

A lovely product that was made and sent quickly - we would definitely recommend to others.

Great quality product with a good selection of customisation. Very quick delivery even though custom made. I have used Myrtle & Willow a couple of times now & won’t hesitate to use them again. I’ve even got family members ordering now.

Great, honest communication. Went over and above to provide a personable customer service

Recommended to me. Good choice of products but even better service! Decided I needed an extra item day after I ordered main items. Absolutely no problem, quick and friendly correspondence and item added. Products arrived as advised and they are very good - the orange is very bright and looks great with a black dog. Everything seems sturdy, well made and feels good in the hand. Very pleased.

Collar exactly what I was looking for and now have Co for table safe walks with my lovely dog

So easy to order. Help where I needed it. Delivered in good time. Thoroughly recommend Myrtle and Willow UK. The collar and lead are perfect for our Frenchie. I will have no hesitation in using them again when needed.
Thank you to all staff.

I wanted a biothane long lead with a detachable traffic handle (a bespoke order) and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The material is so worth the investment and the quality and care that goes into their products is evident. My order was processed and delivered incredibly quickly with great communication along the way. I can't recommend this company enough.

Great business, had a tricky custom order I needed doing and they went above and beyond.
