Myrtle and Willow UK Avis

Quick, friendly service and lovely products 😊

Beautifully made 10m long line - purple colour is really nice. Great quality and love that we don't have a soggy lead when we finish a walk - it wipes down so well. Lovely small business - will definitely buy again.

Excellent service. Collars just what I was looking for in time for Autumn. Perfect!

Love the lead, the colour I chose and quality overall. However, the slip collar didn't stay in place as the stopper moves. I Contacted customer service and they were happy to sort this out for me. Super helpful :)

Fantastic quality collar and lead, the feel and look of both pieces are beautiful and the colour is so eye catching with a stunning finish. Customer service 10/10, highly recommend!

Gorgeous collar and lead for our new Labrador pup. Great quality, great colour and so practical for muddy walks. Delivery was quick too. I would recommend to friends and will be purchasing again in the future.

Quick delivery and very nicely packaged!

Great custom made product.

Christy, thank you for a great service for my custom made 20 metre biothane training lead and adjustable collar. Great yellow colour with all black hardware. And fast delivery too.

Just received another purchase from Myrtle and Willow! The only collar and lead supplier we use. We had brilliant customer service and delivery was so fast! Thank you so much, I am sure to find another colour that will suit my dog. Always chose Myrtle and Willow, best company ever!

Excellent service! I absolutely love the slip lead that I brought for my dog. Very professional and great communication about the product and I am pretty sure it was sent the same day it was made or the day after! Either way excellent service!

Excellent customer service. Cannot fault the willingness of this small independent business to help and to keep their customers happy, great products and great service 👍

We have been using Myrtle and Willow for a long time, we have multiple leads and collars. Which are all still going strong we have 3 large breed dogs, the leads are perfect and by far the best we have ever used in regards to comfort.
The collars are perfect for wet walks as they don’t “get wet through”.

We have recent asked if it was possible for a show lead to be made, as we was struggling with the thin leather leads cutting out hands. The lead that came couldn’t have been more perfect.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! We will NEVER go anywhere else for our leads!

Thank you Myrtle and Willow

I was recommended your products by Jemma from Whistle and Wag. My dog is doing so well with his training And the lead that Jemma has been teaching us with has been brilliant, hence the reason o have purchased from yourselves. Thank you xx

Fabulous leads and great quality!
Great for dogs that get wet and muddy as they are all good as new with a quick wipe. (the leads that is not the dogs unfortunately)
